Recommendations to others considering GeoOp:
Like any software there can be a learning curve, geoOp communicates some items like charges and products and parts etc a little bit differently then conventional softwares. Check out the support guides they are very well written and it will help a lot in understanding the nuances of the software.
My suggestion is go through their trial and do your best to set up real life tests, that's the best way to see their value.
Also, the company is very good at communicating with clients and they do value feedback so I would say for people to take advantage of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is GeoOp solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a fully integrated system that could provide automation across our entire sales funnel and supply chain and still accommodate unique data sets from multiple store locations. We had options to integrate with other leading/established softwares like quickbooks, Xero and unleashed all of which met the demands of our business. Inventory tracking and transparent accounting are critical in a franchise business model and the reporting system within GeoOp was excellent to help us meet compliance.
