Post‑go‑live, support has been responsive and knowledgeable—tickets get triaged quickly, escalations are smooth, and follow‑through is consistent. The customer portal could be more polished; some screens feel dated, and certain status updates during maintenance windows appear after the fact rather than in real time. Advanced configuration documentation is a bit light, so we sometimes rely on support for deeper routing or policy changes that we’d prefer to self‑serve. Change window notifications are good but could arrive with more lead time, and pricing clarity for optional add‑ons would help us plan upgrades more confidently.
