**What do you like best about Fuse for Salesforce?**

It is integrated with Dakota Marketplace, a massive database that regularly fetches and stores updated institutional contact data. This data is used to find matching references in the Salesforce instance, which are then updated in real-time. This integration has almost eliminated the need to constantly search online for updates in the contacts stored in our Salesforce instance.

**What do you dislike about Fuse for Salesforce?**

Sometimes the servers are down, which is a problem when the Salesforce data needs to be updated quickly. This is an area they could improve in. Apart from this, we have not faced any other issues.

**What problems is Fuse for Salesforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to find the updated data for Salesforce contacts and edit them automatically in real-time is the main problem that this app is solving. Updated client data is critical to every organization and helps Sales reps connect with customers without hassle. We have thousands of Contacts in our Salesforce instance, and the Sales reps had to find the updated information through several other means earlier, which took a substantial amount of time. But now, after using Fusion for Salesforce, our Sales reps don't have to worry about updated data almost every time. It increased our ROI by over 20% within just one year of implementation.
