I use Cascade Debt on a day-to-day basis and it offers a complete 360° view of our origination, debt collection, delinquency, and loan portfolio. I appreciate its ability to provide a macro view of the company, which helps in achieving better and faster decision-making. I like that you can upload your financing and lines of credit, as this helps investors visualize our operations and alerts us if any of our covenants might be breached. This feature gives investors a complete visualization of every single data point, as well as an easy view of the loan tape and financial statements. I find the initial setup very simple; just upload your data, and it's completely connected, allowing data to flow automatically. The info about origination could be expanded. Mainly if we could see how every loan officer is doing and same with the collection agents.
