I don't specifically dislike anything, although if I were being critical for the sake of reaching a minimum character limit, I would say that it would be good to manage group structures as a whole. I absolutely love the details found in the Business Insights Report. Key drivers are presented in a Scorecard format making complex financial details such as financial, credit risk, non-financial, exit readiness and beta factors easy to read and understand. More importantly, this program follows through with an easy step-by-step implementation plan to move your business to achieve it's highest multiple.

Capitaliz is hands down the best software in the space for analyzing where a business is currently at on the road to a sale. I love how it lays out a perfect map for our clients with every step necessary to sell for maximum value. We have used Value Builder, the FAT system, and developed our own in-house software for thousands of dollars. They are all now in the trash bin as Capitaliz blows them all out of the water.
