
I have been involved for a few months and have found the ease of implementation to beneficial. Its ease of use makes it navigation a breeze. The customer support has been night and day over the last CRM I was using and as I go through the training the number of features is very impressive. I am in the Panorama several time a day pulling out important and valuable that is essential to my job duties. It was extremely easy to slide into using Panorama.
