They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Panorama?** The cost was the main reason that we tried the Bidding for Good software for one of our special events. **What do you dislike about Panorama?** The close out process took a long time for the staff to process, lots of questions and customer service utilized post event. **Recommendations to others considering Panorama:** Only would recommend to others for using this software platform as an auction manager if everyone attending the event is a single (individual) not tied to a team, sponsor and or table. **What problems is Panorama solving and how is that benefiting you?** We thought that this would be a cost savings that we would incur using this software but that was not the case with the amount of time spent post event. -
