"Bidding for Good is the best available online charity auction site with great customer service too."
What do you like best about Panorama?

I have put on 9 auctions with Bidding for Good and raised close to $250K. I am also a frequent bidder in auctions put on by others. I like the bidder interface. I think it is the best of all the competition. The back end needs improvement but customer service has been very good. Ayesha Rumble and Scott Thomson listened to us and helped us a lot in our recent auction - especially in the last few days when we thought our auction was failing. We ended up receiving bids that were twice what we expected. Good work Ayesha and Scott! The Bidding for Good community is impressive too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Panorama?

The back end of Bidding for Good has been wonky. For example we had 146 items in our recent auction but needed to change the bid increment for almost every item. Once I made the change and hit "Save" it took me all the way to page 1 item 1. We had 6 pages of items had to start at the beginning every single time! The front end (bidder facing) part of BFG is great but please improve the back end so it is easier to make changes to published items! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Panorama?

The support I receive from their tech services person Jhon is truly extraordinary! I am a volunteer for our Foundation and Community Library and we do two campaigns each year. As I volunteer I often need to relearn parts of what I need to do to both generate our solitation letters and to write the thank you notes, complete with pictures, signatures, personalized headers and footers! Jhon is the reason we can make all of this work! He is knowledgeable, patient and kind!

What do you dislike about Panorama?

What do you like best about Panorama?

What do you like best about Panorama?

I find its usage and navigation very easy. UI of Panorama is very rich and gives a good feel while working. Never stucks or lags no glitch at all.

What do you like best about Panorama?

With today's technology, just about anyone can create a comprehensive platform to help you do what needs to be done. What makes Panorama really stand out is their people. Every employee we've interacted with has gone the extra mile to serve us, even after the contract was signed. It is that kind of support that small nonprofits like us really need and appreciate! What do you dislike about Panorama?

If I had to choose something, I would say that I would like to see more recorded trainings offered as refreshers after the live training. The system overall is fairly user-friendly, and as I mentioned before the staff have gone above and beyond to answer any questions we may have along the way. What do you like best about Panorama?

Panorama makes it extremely effective to manage multiple Palo Alto firewalls by providing a single, centralized platform for policy configuration, device configuration, and log analysis. I especially appreciate the way it allows you to enforce similar policies across scattered environments and facilitates complex tasks like updates and reports. What do you dislike about Panorama?

While feature-rich, Panorama can at times be intimidating to new users due to its complexity and learning curve. Initial setup and configuration can be time-consuming, and the occasional lag in pushing policies out to devices frustrating. What do you like best about Panorama?

Its Technical Support team. They are fantastic. Norrie and Samantha in particular. The team responds rapidly with fixes and recommendations. This is especially important when you are rushing to get your event up and running and find that something isn't working as planned. For me, it's usually that I rushed so much that I missed something, or messed something up, during the setup. They are quick to escalate any other issues.

The other very important feature of the P2P product is that it manages fundraising so that it is compliant with IRS regulations. This removes much of the burden of preserving the tax-exempt status for donors and registrants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Panorama?

The P2P product will frustrate experienced front-end web developers and web designers. Those tools are somewhat elementary compared to more powerful products.
