Right hand access is weird. **What do you dislike about Panorama?** The language is not easy to decipher. SmartLists are reports. Why not just Reports. Mailings and emails should be separate. **Recommendations to others considering Panorama:** Look at all the platforms before you buy. **What problems is Panorama solving and how is that benefiting you?** I solved my GiftWorks problem by switching to Bloomerang. ### 2.
