Frontier is a sales observability platform for Outreach and Salesforce. Frontier&#39;s diagnostic product enables teams to understand what&#39;s driving performance and what&#39;s holding it back. **What do you like best about Frontier?**

Frontier delivers tangible improvements month over month in our outreach metrics, including higher reply rates and lower bounce rates. It’s especially valuable because it integrates into our workflows without burdening our reps with a new tool to learn. My team is reaching more prospects and generating more pipeline, reply rates are up, and I can focus on coaching and other priorities instead of micromanaging deliverability.

**What do you dislike about Frontier?**

Before using Frontier, we were experiencing deliverability issues, such as high bounce rates and constant sender reputation problems. Adding Frontier to our stack contributed to fixing these issues by automatically validating emails, improving our sender score, and keeping our email deliverability consistently high.

**What problems is Frontier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email data quality, deliverability, reply rates.

**What do you like best about Frontier?**

- Reduced our team bounce from 7% to sub 2% and the best part was it was done without the SDRs even knowing this. Frontier took care of all of it in the backend. 
- Enrichment and Jon changes help reach out to prospects whom we would have missed otherwise
- The team are always open to feedback and ready to help at any time

Looking forward to working with them as they continue to release new features!

Nothing so far! Any issues, the founders are a slack message away

**What problems is Frontier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frontier solves two big challenges: high bounce rates and lost opportunities from bad data. Before using Frontier, our SDRs manually verified emails, which was inconsistent and inefficient. With Frontier, every email is verified automatically, reducing bounce rates and improving deliverability. Additionally, the enrichment feature uses a waterfall method to identify missing emails, helping us reach more prospects and improve the efficiency of our campaigns.

**What do you like best about Frontier?**

It automates the process of maintaining accurate contact data on all our prospects across SFDC and Outreach.io - making it much easier for my reps to sequence contacts and book demos.

**What do you dislike about Frontier?**

nothing. I’m excited for them to launch more features soon.

**What do you like best about Frontier?**

1 integration for any contact data provider

**What do you dislike about Frontier?**

nothing.  It is a great service that solves a real pain around contact data from multiple providers. I integrate once with frontier and get access to contacts from all the major providers like Apollo, Zoominfo, Lusha, etc. So much easier and cheaper.

**What problems is Frontier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My SDR team prospects globally and no single data provider has perfect data for all the contacts I need.  With Frontier, I integrate once with Frontier, and then get access to all the major data providers and a bunch of the minor onces, giving me much better coverage and way less expense than if I went direct with all the providers.
