I really dislike that this isn’t the only tool I can use. I end up having to stitch together other software and resources because I can’t simply integrate everything into Frame. Support is poor, and I don’t feel like Adobe is giving this much attention. It often feels like they don’t care about the user experience. What I like most is the time-coded feedback. Clients can pause on an exact frame, leave a comment, draw directly on the image, and we know precisely what they’re referring to.

Sometimes, when there are lots of projects and multiple versions, the account can start to feel a bit cluttered unless you maintain a clear structure.

Also, a few clients who aren’t very tech-savvy need a bit of guidance the first time they use the interface—mainly around where to leave comments and how to approve. Sometimes the upload process would crash, and I would have to reset the upload to start again. It happened quite often.
