"Easy Setup, Real-Time Feedback, Highly Recommended"
What do you like best about Frame.io?

I greatly appreciate how easy it was to set up Frame.io when I first started using it. The simplicity of the setup process was a pleasant surprise. One of the standout features for me is the real-time feedback capability that Frame.io offers. This feature saves me a significant amount of time by reducing back-and-forth communication during the content review process with our editors and content creators. This efficiency in providing immediate feedback also helps streamline our workflows, which is incredibly valuable. My work with Fujifilm, where our cameras have camera-to-cloud capabilities, made the integration with Frame.io seamless and efficient, enhancing our overall productivity. The ability to have creators directly upload content for review enables a fluid and collaborative dynamic, making the entire process more effective. This ease and efficiency certainly add to the appeal of Frame.io, making it a tool I highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Poor Support and Limited Integrations Make Frame Slow to Deliver Final Products - Prefer Timeliner"
What do you like best about Frame.io?

Video production clients are used to Frame finished products, so it's difficult to switch, the user interface is easy to understand, there are tools that they integrate with, it is reliable, price is reasonable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Frame.io?

I really dislike that this isn’t the only tool I can use. I end up having to stitch together other software and resources because I can’t simply integrate everything into Frame. Support is poor, and I don’t feel like Adobe is giving this much attention. It often feels like they don’t care about the user experience. Overall, it takes too much time and too many steps to get to a finished product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
