## Fooda Reviews
  ### 1. Makes Office Catering Easy and Predictable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa K. | Senior Data Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

The biggest strengths of Fooda are its ease of use and the variety it brings to the office. Ordering is very straightforward—you can quickly browse menus, see which restaurants are coming in, and place your order without much effort. On top of that, the rotating mix of local restaurants and cuisines keeps lunch feeling fresh and gives people a lot of choice each time.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

Overall the experience is positive, but the main challenge is the pickup process during catering events. Lines can get long, especially during busy lunch windows. It would be great if Fooda offered an order-ahead feature with scheduled pickup times or order numbers, so employees could grab their food more efficiently without waiting in line.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fooda helps solve the operational challenge of organizing and communicating catered lunches for a large group of employees. By centralizing information about vendors and menus in one place, it creates transparency and makes it easy to see what’s being offered each week. For me, the biggest benefit is being able to plan ahead—I can review options in advance and decide if I want to participate. That visibility also improves the on-site experience, since people come in with a plan, which helps the line move as efficiently as possible.

  ### 2. Great Variety of Food Options and a Rewards Program That Pays Off

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer L. | Finance and Business Analyst Senior, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

I like the variety of food options available to choose from. I also like the rewards program allowing me to earn points for purchases and turn them into dollars off coupons.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

I dislike some of the vendor prices. I think $20 is too much for the lunch that is offered. Also some of the pop-ups are not prepared to service everyone in a timely fashion. Lines get long and they run out of food. If you use the app to order some pop-ups do not prepare the food in advance or are too busy with a line that it is not prepared at the time specified. Also having two people working is beneficial because lines go quicker and cross contamination between food and money and ipad/phone is non-existent.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Where we are located there are not a lot of options available to go out to lunch. I especially appreciate it during the colder or rainy days.

  ### 3. Friendly Staff, High Quality of service, and Convenient On-Site Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John D. | Senior Staff Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

I like the friendly staff and the convenience of offering their services on site work I work.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

The prices for Pop-Ups are a bit high for what you get. In addition, for Pop-Ups the portion sizes are somewhat small for the prices we pay. The other non-Pop-Ups in our AZ cafeteria are great in regards to prices and portion sizes, especially the Bonehead Burger, Co. and Long Island Mikes Pizza stations.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of use of the mobile application and the ability to order a head of time is very convenient. The security of being able to specify a credit card as well, makes the purchase process very easy. Walk in and walk out. Lastly, I can't help but praise the friendly staff, both behind the counters, and some of the Food administrative folks that are in the seating area of AZ. So very helpful. I especially want to give kudos to the folks at Bonehead Burger...they are just exceptional and make my Food experience that much better! Lastly, the ETA time that is conveyed is helpful in planning when I pick up food!

  ### 4. You did me a solid Fooda

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis V. | Admin Certified, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

The best part of fooda is the reliability to be able to have variety options to pick from. It doesn't have to depend on one restaurant everyday. Everyday there's always a new option. Thankfully the variety is the reason I keep on using this application.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

The only drawback I had from Fooda is depending more on the hosters. Fooda can only do so much but at times I get into issues of some transactions and efficiency varies on their set of rules. So even if I were to set a reservation hours in advance I could still be drawn back because at times its a first come first serve basis. I only had one restaurant that was rude about it but overall nothing on Fooda's end. Just bad luck with one restaurant giving me a bad experience.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of the time: misinputs. There are some technical glitches from time to time but support is very quick to fix it. Plus, Fooda has saved me a ton of money from spending on Uber Eats/Doordash high fee's.

  ### 5. Convenient Variety with Room to Improve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tung-To L. | Township Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

The variety and convenience. Fooda brings in good local restaurants, makes lunch easy during the workweek, and offers enough rotating options that it does not feel repetitive, even though it is only available once a week.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

Inconsistent value for the price, especially when portion sizes or food quality vary by vendor. Since it is only offered once a week, a weak menu or long lines that day are more noticeable. Limited timing flexibility can also make it hard to participate consistently.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fooda solves the problem of limited and repetitive lunch options at the office. It saves time that would otherwise be spent leaving the building, ordering delivery, or coordinating plans with colleagues. By bringing in different local restaurants, it adds variety to the workweek and makes it easier to enjoy a decent lunch without disrupting the work schedule.

  ### 6. All Our Catering Options in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim A. | Management Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

Most helpful is all our choices/options for catering in front of us. Typically I have pages of options to sort through.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

The pages buttons are small when you're sorting through multiple pages of options to book. Some of the prices are out of budget and outrageous. I think there aren't enough local to our office options to choose from. It's difficult to book our in house catering in addition to another vendor at the same time. There's not enough space to add in special instructions. There is not a specific place to list clean up time. When you have multiple catering requests you have to fill out an order form for each order.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing in house catering to deliver, setup, and clean-up; so I don't have to worry about any of that and can focus on my meeting.

  ### 7. Awesome Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bria G. | Victim Advocate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

I like the variety of restaurants. It ranges in price, but it is pretty reasonable. It also gives small businesses a chance to get business traffic.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

I don't like that is longer process to be refunded for things they don't have or to customize items. I also don't like that it isn't available all 5 days of the work week.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helpful to have food options in the building. When the weather is bad, someone may not have brought lunch, if they want to try new foods, etc, Fooda has helped make more accessible lunch options to our building. It is a lot of food options externally, but this is really the only internal food option we have.

  ### 8. Convenient Lunch Option with Great Variety

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tommy W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

I use Fooda two days a week to enjoy a local lunch option right in our building's lobby. This means I don't have to go far for lunch, and I appreciate being able to place a pickup order and grab it quickly. The convenience really stands out to me, as it lets me spend more time relaxing during my break instead of standing in line. I also like the variety of options available, and I found the initial setup super easy. I just downloaded the app, set up an account, and was good to go.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

Sometimes the menu that showed up online was different or incomplete from the menu I'd see when I got downstairs and then I'm left wishing I had known about XYZ option when I was ordering.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Fooda, I don't waste time going out for lunch. I can quickly pick up an order and enjoy more break time. Plus, the variety of lunch options is great.

  ### 9. Convenient and Reliable Office Meal Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cipriana A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

I use Fooda to get meals when I'm at work, so I don't have to worry about taking lunch to the office. It solves the problem of worrying about what I'm going to eat and where I need to go, especially with the tight time limit. I don't have to worry about how long it's going to take me to get something. What works very well is that it's so convenient, being right there in the office, and the price is very fair. I recommend it all the time, so it'd be a ten.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

{"I think having more variety for the restaurants that are there and also having the places that could be better prepared. Sometimes they run out of food.","Usually, on a certain day of the week, let's say Tuesday, there's usually the same restaurant no matter what week it is. It's always the same one. And sometimes I don't feel like having that specific restaurant on a Tuesday.","Sometimes by the time I've gone up there, if it's not right at the beginning, they've already run out of the food that I wanted to get."}

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fooda to get meals at work without worrying about where to eat within my time limit. It's convenient, right in the office, and the prices are fair.

  ### 10. Convenient Lunch Ordering, Discover New Favorites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Director, Enterprise Network Service Delivery, Banking, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

I love that Fooda introduces me to new restaurants that I may otherwise have never discovered or tried, and there is nearly always an option on site with cuisine choices that appeal to me. I also like that I can place my order when I have a free moment in the morning and know it will be ready and waiting for me to grab on the go without having to wait in a lunch line to order. I've found new favorite restaurants through Fooda, and I've even visited those restaurants for lunch with guests or happy hour after work. Fooda is also valuable because lunch is a busy time, and it allows me to order ahead when convenient, avoiding the need to wait in line, unlike my experiences with other food delivery apps.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

Some vendors don’t allow ordering on the app, which is an instant deal breaker for me and limits my cuisine options for lunch that day from other vendors. I am not sure why some vendors or food options are marked as only available to order in person, but I do not have time to wait in the line to place an order.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fooda to avoid lunch rush traffic and long lines, saving 20-30 minutes. It introduces me to new restaurants and lets me order conveniently without waiting. Some vendors not allowing app orders limits options.

  ### 11. Game-Changer for Office Meal Programs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

What stands out most about Fooda is how seamlessly it simplifies office food programs while still offering variety and quality. From an operations standpoint, the platform is very easy to manage—menu scheduling, vendor coordination, and headcount adjustments are all intuitive and don’t require a lot of back-and-forth. One of the biggest benefits is the vendor variety and consistency. Fooda brings in a rotating selection of local restaurants, which keeps meals interesting and avoids the fatigue that comes with repetitive catering. This has noticeably improved employee satisfaction and participation in office meal programs.
In terms of performance, deliveries are generally on time and well-organized. Setup is efficient, and portions are reliable, which is critical when managing meals for a larger group. The UI/UX is clean and straightforward. Ordering and managing events takes just a few minutes, and employees also find it easy to browse menus and place orders, which reduces confusion and day-of questions. From a ROI perspective, Fooda helps streamline what would otherwise be a very manual process of sourcing, ordering, and coordinating with multiple vendors. It saves significant administrative time while also enhancing the overall employee experience.
Another standout is their support team—they are responsive, proactive, and quick to resolve any issues or last-minute changes. Onboarding was also smooth, with clear communication and guidance on how to optimize the program.
An unexpected benefit has been how Fooda contributes to office culture. Regular, high-quality meal options create more opportunities for teams to gather and connect, which adds value beyond just the food itself.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

While Fooda is overall a strong platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. One challenge is menu consistency and portion predictability—occasionally, portion sizes or food quality can vary depending on the vendor, which can lead to employee feedback or the need for last-minute adjustments.
From an operations perspective, more flexibility in real-time order adjustments would be helpful. For example, making changes close to delivery cut-off times or adjusting headcount isn’t always as seamless as it could be, which can create stress when managing dynamic office needs.
In terms of UI/UX, while the platform is generally easy to use, reporting and historical data could be more robust. Having clearer insights into ordering trends, spend tracking, and participation rates would make it easier to plan and optimize future orders.
Another area for improvement is vendor transparency and standardization. More detailed information about vendors (such as reliability ratings, portion guidance, or past performance) would help in making more informed decisions when scheduling meals.
We’re also looking forward to enhancements around individual ordering functionality. An option for employees to place their own orders outside of a centralized group order would provide more flexibility and reduce the administrative burden on office managers, especially in larger or more dynamic teams. Overall, these are incremental improvements that would make an already strong service even more efficient and predictable for office operations.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fooda solves the challenge of managing office meals at scale, which would otherwise require significant time and coordination. Instead of sourcing restaurants, placing multiple orders, coordinating deliveries, and handling setup manually, Fooda centralizes the entire process into one platform.
This has greatly improved operational efficiency. It reduces the administrative burden on office management, saving hours each week and allowing more focus on higher-value tasks. The structured ordering and delivery system also minimizes errors, last-minute issues, and vendor miscommunication.
Another key problem Fooda addresses is lack of variety and employee satisfaction with traditional catering. By offering a rotating selection of local restaurants, it keeps meals fresh and engaging, which increases participation and overall employee satisfaction.
Fooda also helps solve scalability and consistency. Whether supporting small team lunches or larger office-wide meals, the process remains organized and predictable, which is critical in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, it contributes to workplace culture and engagement by making it easier to provide consistent, high-quality meal experiences. This creates more opportunities for employees to connect and collaborate in the office.
Overall, Fooda streamlines a complex, time-consuming process while improving both operational efficiency and the employee experience.

  ### 12. Convenient and Diverse Lunch Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelsey W. | Lateral Conflicts and Intake Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

I really like Fooda because it offers diverse food options, making lunch more exciting with different choices throughout the week that I might not be able to cook myself at home. It's also important to me that Fooda supports smaller businesses instead of big corporations, which is something I value greatly.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

Sometimes the prices are pretty steep for the small portion sizes that you get. And sometimes in the app, it's not always updated properly for when someone runs out of food. Sometimes if you order ahead of time, they won't put your order aside, so then you come down to pick up your order and they either say, we ran out entirely or we ran out of this but offer a substitute. And sometimes there's not enough staff to help, so there's one person working behind the counter, and the line to get food turns into a twenty-minute wait just to order.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fooda provides convenient lunch options at work, especially when I run out of food at home or don't want convenience store food.

  ### 13. Effortless Onsite Ordering with Great Rewards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miranda B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

I really like the convenience of being able to easily order my lunch while at work with Fooda, which prevents me from having to go offsite or get it delivered. I appreciate that it's easy to pay through the app, and I can use it at multiple work locations, which is super handy when I'm traveling. The points system is a bonus for me because they add up to coupons that I can use towards meals and snacks, making me choose Fooda over other services. I love that I can load my payment within the app, order easily, and even add my company credit card when I'm traveling, which is great for keeping track of my receipts for expense reporting. Plus, being able to order and pay all from my phone is really convenient.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

Nothing to share at this time

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I easily order lunch at work without going offsite, using the app to pay at multiple locations when I travel. Earning points for coupons also makes it my choice over other services. Switching from Relish solved delivery issues and ordering errors.

  ### 14. Excellent Experience with Fooda: Friendly Team, Great Variety, and Convenient Options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

overall the experience has been excellent. The Fooda team is consistently friendly, professional, and easy to work with, which makes a big difference day to day. Having reliable access to both hot and cold food options Monday through Friday is incredibly convenient and adds real value for everyone in the building.

The grab-and-go section stands out for its wide variety. There are always multiple options to choose from, which makes it easy to accommodate different tastes and schedules. Fooda also does a great job listening to customer feedback and making adjustments as needed, which shows they truly care about the experience they provide.

I especially want to call out the main onsite team and the team lead, Sharolyn. They are attentive, approachable, and do a great job keeping everything running smoothly. It is clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the overall quality of service.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

While our overall experience with Fooda has been positive, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance consistency and satisfaction.

The Fooda app is generally easy to use, but it can be inconsistent in terms of food pricing, availability, and customization options. Improving accuracy and reliability in these areas would help set clearer expectations for users. Additionally, while the app functions well, a visual refresh or updated design could improve the overall user experience.

I have also noticed a gradual decline in food quality, which has been disappointing. While the protein options remain varied and appealing, the taste and texture have become less consistent. Proteins can sometimes be dry or tough, which impacts the overall meal experience. The price does not match the quality of the food expected. This is an area that could benefit from closer attention.

The coffee and smoothie bar could use additional staff training. Although the smoothies are fresh, they often lack flavor, and coffee orders can take longer than expected and are not always consistent in quality. With some refinements, this area could better match the strengths seen elsewhere in the operation.

From a space-and-atmosphere perspective, the dining area can feel somewhat quiet or underutilized, especially with only one stall consistently operating. While the indoor seating areas are well used, additional shaded outdoor seating would be a welcome improvement.

Lastly, the grab-and-go section would benefit from more healthy options and more consistent restocking. Items tend to run out frequently, and expanding the selection to include more snack options would better meet customer needs throughout the day.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fooda solves the challenge of providing convenient, on-site access to food during the workday without employees needing to leave the building. By offering a consistent mix of hot meals, cold options, coffee, smoothies, and grab-and-go items, Fooda makes it easier for people to stay on schedule while still having food choices readily available.

This convenience saves time, supports busy workdays, and encourages people to remain on-site rather than needing to step out for meals or snacks.

Fooda also provides a rotating selection and variety, which helps avoid repetition and keeps the experience engaging. Overall, Fooda helps bridge the gap between convenience and choice, making daily dining more accessible for building occupants.

  ### 15. Easy Food Ordering with Good Vendor Options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

I can view the vendor options for the week, and I can order my food ahead of time and pick it up at the vendor. The app is easy to use for ordering.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

I can't seem to get rid of certain notifications easily, like when the # of points I earned for a purchase appears immediately. I have to click on the notification for it to disappear, and it should be easier to just delete or remove it.

Sometimes, the vendors aren't great but I am not sure if that is related to company not booking the best vendors.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, I don't have to pack up my own lunch Monday through Thursday at my company since Fooda is provided on those days. I get to save money and time and brain space when it comes to my lunches for these 4 days.

  ### 16. Convenient Workplace Dining with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roman R. | Insurance Agent, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

I like the convenience of having food delivery at our workplace with Fooda. It's great because I don't have to leave to go get food or wait in line. The food comes to us instead of me having to go to a restaurant or fast food joint just to sit in line and get my food. This saves me time as I don't have to be in traffic or wait for food since it's available in my building. Also, I find the initial setup of Fooda very easy.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

The quality of the food is not very consistent. Some of the restaurants offer the same meals over and over, leading to a lack of variety.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fooda saves me time and money by delivering lunch to my workplace, so I don't have to leave the building or wait in line.

  ### 17. Fooda Makes Office Lunch Easy and Convenient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven D. | Public Health Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

For our agency we lost our cafeteria after COVID-19. When we were brought back to the office full time there was no place to get food and downtown is pretty spaced apart so when we got Fooda it really helped make getting lunch much easier and convenient.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

I wish there were more options and some places can only bring premade items so you can't get waffle fries from Chick-fil-et or other items that might be good like some fast food options.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a lunch option that is close and if you don't have a lunch packed it's great to have a quick option.

  ### 18. Convenient Office Meal Solutions with Room for More Variety

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liliana H. | Senior Manager, Credit Risk Analysis, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

I like the various options available daily with Fooda and the price is just right. I especially love the Fooda classics. If there’s something I don’t like from the available restaurants, Fooda classics always has salads that hit the spot. Setting up Fooda was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

I wish some restaurants would show up more often. I would love to see some restaurants weekly vs every 5-6 weeks sometimes.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fooda to have food delivered to my office, which saves me time and makes me more efficient at work. Fooda solves the problem of lacking time to leave the office.

  ### 19. Convenient On-Campus Option with Warm Food and Great Portions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

It is very convenient to have on campus. The portions are great and food is always warm.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

Prior to the changes made, there was a greater selection of menu items. It seems like this menu is pretty limited. The taste of the food is also different. Could be a vendor change or just a cook change for the reason. I do wish that it was open a little later. Given the scarcity of food around, Fooda does help fill the gap. However, people like me are barely eating lunch at 2-3pm.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned before, the area around where I purchase Fooda has limited food options. Fooda helps fill those gaps by bringing hot meals to campus. It benefits me directly because it gives me a food option that feels a bit healthier than what’s available nearby.

  ### 20. Polished UX, Helpful Support, and Easy Reordering with Saved Preferences

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

The detail and the pictures of the UX is really well made. I also love that I can cancel orders last minute when needed. Customer support is good. The app seems to work well most of the time. My favorite thing is that it remembers my previous orders and modifications and I don't need to input them every time I re-order a dish.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

I wish the cutoff time for ordering food was later in the day. I consistently forget to order by 10am day of. The food is also overpriced but I'm not sure that's a Fooda thing or the vendor themselves

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that I don't have to leave my office to get lunch or worry about tipping a delivery person. I also love variety and Fooda makes it easy to order and try new things.

  ### 21. Convenient Work Lunches with Great Variety

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alissa H. | Communications Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

I use Fooda for weekly lunch deliveries at work and appreciate the discounts they provide. It's great not having to worry about one meal a week, and I look forward to it. Fooda is there even if I forget my lunch on other days. I love the great variety and convenience they offer, with food from 7-15 restaurants available daily, delivered right to my workplace. Setting up Fooda was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

Some of the restaurants aren't as good as others and it seems the restaurants up the price, but you get what you pay for.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fooda provides convenient weekly lunch deliveries at work with a great variety. It offers discounts, so I have one meal a week to look forward to without thinking about it. If I forget my lunch, it's there as a backup.

  ### 22. Great Variety of Cuisines, Easy Mobile Ordering, and Convenient Discounts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

Fooda gives an opportunity to experience multiple cuisines on different days of the week. The app is also good which gives info on menus in advance. Also can place mobile orders so that is good too. Company discount is also very easily accessible through Fooda.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

Fooda app is good, but accessing the discount through the app is a hassle when you have food in one hand and are trying to check out. The apple wallet integration is fine but not the best, can be helpful if that is improved. Also physical tags like Planet Fitness does which can be used for the discounts could be great. Takes away the need to open our phones.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fooda is solving my food needs in office. It benefits me because i can use my company discount on the food.

  ### 23. Convenient and Affordable Lunch Solutions, But Needs More Variety

**What do you like best about Fooda?**

I like that Fooda offers affordability and good food, especially since my work provides a subsidy. The easy checkout process is a plus, and the convenient setup location makes it even more appealing. I appreciate the variety of restaurants available. It's also easy to get the app, which made the initial setup a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Fooda?**

I don't like that there aren't enough menus and restaurants on the app. There's diverse cuisines, but it's mostly the same few restaurants. I also think the restaurants need training on how to use the payment part of the app because they seem to not know how to use it at first.

**What problems is Fooda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fooda solves the problem of bringing lunch every day, offering affordable, good meals through a work subsidy. I appreciate the easy checkout, convenient location setup, and variety of restaurants.
