Most helpful is all our choices/options for catering in front of us. Typically I have pages of options to sort through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Fooda? The pages buttons are small when you're sorting through multiple pages of options to book. Some of the prices are out of budget and outrageous. I think there aren't enough local to our office options to choose from. It's difficult to book our in house catering in addition to another vendor at the same time. There's not enough space to add in special instructions. There is not a specific place to list clean up time. I like that, if you work in an office with a restaurant, you can enter your information to view the menu, place your order, and then get a confirmation when your food is ready. I don't like that is longer process to be refunded for things they don't have or to customize items. I also don't like that it isn't available all 5 days of the work week. When the weather is bad, someone may not have brought lunch, if they want to try new foods, etc, Fooda has helped make more accessible lunch options to our building. What do you dislike about Fooda? My least favorite thing about fooda is the cost. The items are slightly more expensive in this space than at a regular brick and mortar restaurant. I use Fooda to order my lunches on days that I go into the office, and I like the app because it makes it really easy to ensure I have a good meal without leaving the studio. Fooda gives me several options from different restaurants and food types, which means I'm never without choices for something enjoyable to eat. I appreciate being able to organize my search by restaurant or food type, which saves me from going through large menus, especially once I know the restaurants and meals I like. So far, I've had very few problems. There was one day where the driver lost our order, but Fooda reimbursed everyone immediately. Otherwise, it's been seamless. I use Fooda two days a week to enjoy a local lunch option right in our building's lobby. This means I don't have to go far for lunch, and I appreciate being able to place a pickup order and grab it quickly. The convenience really stands out to me, as it lets me spend more time relaxing during my break instead of standing in line. Sometimes the menu that showed up online was different or incomplete from the menu I'd see when I got downstairs and then I'm left wishing I had known about XYZ option when I was ordering. I use Fooda to get meals when I'm at work, so I don't have to worry about taking lunch to the office. It solves the problem of worrying about what I'm going to eat and where I need to go, especially with the tight time limit. I don't have to worry about how long it's going to take me to get something. What works very well is that it's so convenient, being right there in the office, and the price is very fair. I use Fooda for ordering meals during office hours, and I like that there are new restaurants and that some of them rotate, so if I really like a place, it comes back. I also think the company covering a portion of the food costs is very helpful. Fooda is valuable because where I am, food isn't as convenient, so Fooda allows me to eat right in my company office building and try new restaurants that I would never think to try. I think Fooda's success heavily depends on the restaurant that is operating under it. So if you have a mediocre restaurant or people without much experience running the food stand, it's going to result in a worse experience. Just making sure you vet your franchisees and whoever stocks the food stand, ensuring they're following safety standards and providing good quality food and service, is important. I love that Fooda introduces me to new restaurants that I may otherwise have never discovered or tried, and there is nearly always an option on site with cuisine choices that appeal to me. I also like that I can place my order when I have a free moment in the morning and know it will be ready and waiting for me to grab on the go without having to wait in a lunch line to order. I've found new favorite restaurants through Fooda, and I've even visited those restaurants for lunch with guests or happy hour after work. Fooda is also valuable because lunch is a busy time, and it allows me to order ahead when convenient, avoiding the need to wait in line, unlike my experiences with other food delivery apps. Some vendors don’t allow ordering on the app, which is an instant deal breaker for me and limits my cuisine options for lunch that day from other vendors.
