I think Fooda's success heavily depends on the restaurant that is operating under it. So if you have a mediocre restaurant or people without much experience running the food stand, it's going to result in a worse experience. Just making sure you vet your franchisees and whoever stocks the food stand, ensuring they're following safety standards and providing good quality food and service, is important.
