Prior to the changes made, there was a greater selection of menu items. It seems like this menu is pretty limited. The taste of the food is also different. Could be a vendor change or just a cook change for the reason. I do wish that it was open a little later. Given the scarcity of food around, Fooda does help fill the gap. As I mentioned before, the area around where I purchase Fooda has limited food options. Fooda helps fill those gaps by bringing hot meals to campus. The detail and the pictures of the UX is really well made. I also love that I can cancel orders last minute when needed. Customer support is good. The app seems to work well most of the time. What do you dislike about Fooda? I wish the cutoff time for ordering food was later in the day. I consistently forget to order by 10am day of. There are quite a few restaurants listed that I’ve never heard of and don’t have much interest in, and it seems like there are two unfamiliar options in the same week. We shifted from five days a week to three, and it’s been working much better for our tenant base. I use Fooda for weekly lunch deliveries at work and appreciate the discounts they provide. It's great not having to worry about one meal a week, and I look forward to it. Fooda is there even if I forget my lunch on other days. I love the great variety and convenience they offer, with food from 7-15 restaurants available daily, delivered right to my workplace. Fooda gives an opportunity to experience multiple cuisines on different days of the week. The app is also good which gives info on menus in advance. Also can place mobile orders so that is good too. Fooda app is good, but accessing the discount through the app is a hassle when you have food in one hand and are trying to check out. The apple wallet integration is fine but not the best, can be helpful if that is improved. Also physical tags like Planet Fitness does which can be used for the discounts could be great. I don't like that there aren't enough menus and restaurants on the app. There's diverse cuisines, but it's mostly the same few restaurants.
