What do you like best about FMX?

FMX is very easy to use in all modules. Work flow is easy to track. The support staff is awesome to speak with as they always have solutions on hand or are quick to find one when needed.

I used another provider before and it was a mess. We use multiple modules, but we get the most use out of the Work Order module which we use daily. This allows us to track progress on issues and make sure they are followed up with and resolved in a timely manner.

I had some reservations when switching from the other platform but the success team was able to complete the work for us and provdied for a quick, seamless intergration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FMX?

What do you like best about FMX?

What do you like best about FMX?

What do you dislike about FMX?

It is probably just the fact that we don't use it enough or explore the options enough, but the system can at times be a little cumbersome or difficult to understand. What do you like best about FMX?

FMX was very easy to implement and the process was quite quick compared to some other software platforms. Early in our use the customer support team was fantastic and really worked with us to tailor the system for our needs. We really like that we can funnel reactive maintenance, tech requests, preventative maintenance and a central calendar system into one site. It is very simple for our staff to learn and use and they do so daily. The equipment function has really allowed us to have build histories for what was done when which really helps with troubleshooting and future planning. The PM section has allowed us to easily develop a very robust and comprehensive planned maintenance approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FMX?

Early on in our relationship, FMX felt like an attentive partner and was very open to suggestions and product development. We also had someone assigned to us who made regular checks to see what we needed or to get feedback. But, as with many software companies, apparently the growth of the product has not been met with growth in customer support or attention. Suggestions for improvement are generally met the "black hole" treatment. Nobody ever proactively contacts us. Improvements suggested several years ago and were promised to be delivered over a year ago still don't exist. Every time I contact someone, I seem to have a different rep who is servicing my needs. It felt like a young and energetic Dude Solutions when I first started with FMX but is degrading into a "Brightly" lack-of-attention and seeming care for the client needs. Probably the significant price increase or inevitable buyout will be soon to follow. Sad.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FMX?

FMX's interface is highly intuitive, making it accessible for both experienced and new users. The system is highly customizable. The clean design and user-friendly navigation ensure that users can quickly learn who to utilize all the features. The Calendar screen is particularly valuable, offering an easy-to read overview of schedules and availability with just a quick glance. FMS offers a range of support options including phone and email support. The support team is responsive and knowledgeable, providing quick resolutions to any issues. What do you like best about FMX?

The paperless work order system and ease of entering work orders. The ability for our Technicians to see their work orders in real time and prioritize them and streamline the finalizing process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FMX?

I feel the reports do not detail out all the info we are looking for but I am sure each organization is different with what info they need. We are unique in the fact that we have so many purchases and transactions that need to be loaded. "FMX is a useful, web-based MMS that has useful standard and customizable features."
What do you like best about FMX?

FMX benefits include: Web-based, search filters on home screens, custome fields. It is easy to seach for past or present requests. I am able to customize portoions of the system to include fields that are specific to our organization. The staff have been very knowledgable about the abilities and limitaitons of their product. If I were given the opportunity to choose a MSS again, it would be very dificult to persuade me to choose something other than FMX. What do you dislike about FMX?

There are some features that I have used on other platforms that would be nice to implement in FMX. I would like to track purchases and labor hours seperatly from a responce, or have a dedicated messaging feature and have responces be strictly for logging KPI seperating them from messaging. Another thing that would be nice in the maintenance requests is to activate a customized alert to notify on specific dates and times that is not associated with a due date. What do you like best about FMX?

I appreciate the comprehensive nature of FMX. There is a lot packed into the base package and can be enhanced with additional module at a cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FMX?

While doing many things, there are opportunities to have more feature rich modules. In particular, the technology and maintenance requests. I have given suggestions and requests, but they just go on a list. As a tech director, I left a solid helpdesk software application to adopt FMX since it was a part of the suite and we wanted to minimize the number of systems for our employees.
