I believe FMX is incredibly user-friendly, which makes it easy for everyone in the organization to use. Their service is top-notch, and I’ve never had an issue getting an answer back. The AI helper, Iris, is a very good function. The implementation stage went extremely easily, and they helped throughout the process. It's easy to train people on how to use FMX, so I’m not the only one using it. People in the organization can fill out work orders and access information with ease. I also like the filter function on the search bar, which is great for finding work orders, schedules, or calendar dates. Those are all really great additions to the software. I love the product.

FMX is simple to use and they have a great team in place to walk you through any issues, whether that's in the onboarding process or just general questions along the way.

I really appreciate the overall customization options and versatility this program provides.
