User-Friendly Platform with Excellent Support and Smooth Integration
The Maintenance Records and Conference Room Scheduler are user-friendly and integrate well with our in-house systems. Overall, the platform performs well for our users and helps guide our team in responding to and resolving issues efficiently. Customer support has been excellent; they are quick to respond and help us navigate any problems we run into. While we haven’t used AI Iris yet, I believe it would be helpful as well.
