What do you like best about Flock?

Flock is an easy to use and quick instant messaging system that allows you to quickly and efficiently collaborate with your team. You can set up channels to talk to multiple people or work individually with a member of your team. They offer a free plan that is more than capable for smaller teams (10-15 people) but offers other paid options to provide even more flexibility. The free plan caps at 10,000 stored messages, while paid plans have way higher storage capabilities. We love that we can have this easily at both home and the office for meetings when the weather or other factors keep us at home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flock?

The cap on the free plan can be challenging, but this can easily be fixed by going to a paid plan. We have also found that the notifications, while helpful, can be obnoxious in certain settings. We have had a hard time with notifications on android devices and turning off the audible alarms. However, it is good not to miss certain information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flock solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously we would physically wait until someone was off the phone or free to give them a message or send an email. Now we can instantly communicate without waiting, saving us valuable time. We also can share across different departments around the building without setting up meetings or needing space. This can quickly be done from a network-connected device. "A useful software that helps me remain in touch with my colleagues"

What do you like best about Flock?

The best thing about Flock, which I use virtually daily, is how simple it is to communicate with my colleagues. I don't have to go between applications because chats, channels, and file sharing are all in one spot. It is lightweight, fast, and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flock?

I still have to use other tools for some tasks since some integrations are unavailable. Additionally, the mobile app occasionally feels a little clumsy, particularly when navigating between chats or handling files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
