"Effortless Scheduling with Aesthetic Appeal"
What do you like best about Float.com?

I love Float for its user-friendly and visually appealing interface. The ease of use is remarkable, making scheduling tasks straightforward and pleasant. I appreciate how Float effectively supports scheduling, keeping track of scheduled time budgets, and monitoring overall capacity. The setup process was mostly hassle-free, with the only difficulty being the manual transfer of data from previous systems. I'm impressed by the reporting system, which is both quick and intuitive for checking timesheets and future capacity. This feature makes accessing relevant information seamless, adding significant value to my workflow. If I ever switch jobs to a place without Float, it would be one of the first tools I would advocate adopting due to its smooth user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Float.com?

Sometimes the timeline shifting can be quite time-consuming if the project has already started. Shifting a timeline from halfway through the job becomes a manual labor-intensive task. It is particularly difficult and time-consuming to push timings when a stage has multiple rounds of work within it. A button that would shift a timeline from a chosen date onwards, rather than from the start of the job, would be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Team Scheduling, But User Management Needs Work"
What do you like best about Float.com?

It’s particularly helpful as a centralized source of truth for team availability and project scheduling. Having a consolidated overview helps in coordinating activities and preventing over-allocations or gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Float.com?

The user management experience could be improved. For instance, when a user is archived, they still appear in the dropdown menus for project allocation. This creates confusion, increases the risk of planning errors, and requires unnecessary manual checks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
