Booking my flights and accommodation with it is very smooth. Just a couple of steps and I get my itinerary. I can choose specific flights or hotels, or let my concierge suggest them based on my requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Choosing a hotel is not intuitive. I keep forgetting how to find a hotel. I'd expect a simple searchm, but for some reason, it's divided into two steps, the first one being choosing a city, and then searching the hotel's name. When the hotel you want to book is not listed in the system, it's hard to say, what you should do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pretty straightforward concept and easy to use website, can sometimes find you great deals on flights, uses a wide variety of sources for flights/airlines, incorporates points into calculations/booking estimate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the deals they find you are only slightly cheaper than the original flight you found yourself (so paying the fee isn't really worth it), have to book yourself Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to View and Use Website and Platform. I have the ability to navigate and book and adjust various flight bookings and information with ease. I can share this information with fellow staff members as well as share information for flights that I have booked and purchased for my employees and the management. This allows for complete information sharing and transparency between all of the employees and works extremely effectively! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is honestly hard to think of something I dislike, but I would recommend that they have one page with all of my past, present, and future flight information because as of right now there is only individual pages for each of those categories of information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
