What do you dislike about Accenture Song (formerly Fjord)?
I didn't like the price of the service. It was incredibly expensive and an ordinary company cannot reach to these services. Also, I didn't like the behavior of the local Accenture office's approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Improving customer experience is the key to Fjord service by taking into account pain points, parties involved, trends, customer expectations, current technological capabilities, etc.
