We created a new customer journey by taking into consideration all the players, pain points, etc. The team was quite good, the practices and tools applied were good. Finally, we came up with a new website design and customer experience. at that time between 2014 and 2016, I was working for Accenture Interactive as their Digital Delivery Lead. What do you dislike about Accenture Song (formerly Fjord)? I didn't like the price of the service. It was incredibly expensive and an ordinary company cannot reach to these services.
