It is also possible to make automated workflows that save time! Regular users can be shown how to use FileHold in a couple of hours. The scanning software that is included allowed us to hire a summer student to start replacing our paper files with digital ones. Best of all, we did not have to purchase new scanning equipment. We started with a five user license and have no increased on an incremental basis as we can purchase individual user licenses and grow the system. **What do you dislike about FileHold Document Management Software?** The main thing we dislike is that we are tied to MIcrosoft SQL and Servers although the ability to integrate with SharePoint is important to us. With the use of Meta Data, searches are performed in seconds and not the minutes that a Windows search takes. In addition, we now have version control which prevents multiple users working on the same document at the same time.
