Few best feature I like the most about the FileGold are : --It saves lots of time which usually we spent on searching unorganised docs earlier and we go green as every document is now stored in a single place using File hold. - It is very easy to use no need to provide KT for a new user. -MS Office Integration, version control, a powerful search engine, and cloud availability. -one can Keep track of approval process once a document is submitted for approval. -It offers a very powerful workflow for example the search options are extremely useful and save so much time finding documents. FileHold Document Management Software is a convenient software, especially for larger comapies. You can easily convert paper documents into digital files with the Document Scanning software (which is also good for the environment as less paper is used and you don't lose it). Also, it is secure and having one digital 'warehouse' of the documents is easier as you can track and documents easily and anyone with an approved e-mail address can access them. It is also possible to make automated workflows that save time! What is also great, is that it can be integrated in multiple other applications (Adobe for example). It takes some time to get used to it and to get to know the possebilities that come with this software. The FileHold Document Management Software does supply video's that explain how it works but somethings are missing or sometimes it feels like they skip a step, which can make it harder to use if you are not very good with software and computers.
