The attribute fields provided adequate areas to detail out specific information within those documents. **What do you dislike about FileHold Document Management Software?** As with any system, discipline is needed to keep the data fields completed. Also, no workflow was configured to establish a review or approval process on any new documents. Granting Business stakeholders visibility was also not possible. **What problems is FileHold Document Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Filehold helped the Legal team own a contract document repository that could capture essential data elements within those documents for quick sorting, searching and reference. This was more efficient than storing the same on a standard shared drive. **Official Response from Clay Tuten:** > Hi Ammar.
