**Describe the project or task FeedbacQ helped with:**

We needed in-app surveys for Intercom, and FeedbacQ was the cheapest and easiest software to do this. I discovered it through the Intercom app store.

**What do you like best about FeedbacQ?**

It's easy and fast to set up in Intercom. Building the surveys is quite simple, but that's also because the features are limited. Collecting feedback is simple.

**What do you dislike about FeedbacQ?**

The issues start once you've collected the feedback. The dashboard is minimal, and finding feedback back in time is difficult and time-consuming. The worst part is the export: if you want to export a survey, you must know the date you received the responses. And when you do, you get an error message if it's more than ~150 responses (it's been like this for over a year).

**Recommendations to others considering FeedbacQ:**

Only use if you are a small company with 0-200 customers and you should use Intercom.

**What problems is FeedbacQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You get quick and easy feedback through Intercom.

It is the best I have worked with, it is one of the most complete applications for providing feedback and comments on other software. It also helps us optimize communication among staff and constantly improve our way of working.

**What do you like best about FeedbacQ?**

it is a quick way to work and optimize the performance of the data created during work, as it allows knowing the opinions of other workers and improving in activities.

**What do you dislike about FeedbacQ?**

it is very slow and very limited when it comes to working and creating different graphs. but you can continue working fully

It is the best software to know the comments and contributions of employees in a healthy and anonymous way.

**What problems is FeedbacQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is the best in the world, the best platform to work on. The best benefit is that it allows us to know the employees' comments and that helps improve our way of working.
