It also integrates well with email marketing system and provides a question library for me to choose from. Another most interesting things about SurveyLab is that it allows me to set up multilingual questionnaires with ease. **What do you dislike about SurveyLab?** My one complaint about SurveyLab is that it doesn't have a pay-as-you-go plan. I prefer to pay for tools as I use them, so I don't have to commit to a monthly or annual subscription. I understand that this may be due to the nature of SurveyLab, but I think it would be a valuable feature. **Recommendations to others considering SurveyLab:** Improve their pricing plan **What problems is SurveyLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the main benefits of using SurveyLab is that it helped us increase revenue. I also like the reporting and analytical tools (graphs) that they provide. **What do you dislike about SurveyLab?** The features are so much and it is difficult to know sometimes what each feature does. The UI of the platform can also be improved. **Recommendations to others considering SurveyLab:** I overall have had a great experience - you need to play around with the platform first to know what each tool can do for you **What problems is SurveyLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** I majorly use it to create interactive surveys for our company if we want to push some survey for our internal staff or external customers about their feedback. Their abilitity to create different types of questions, use conditional logic and viewing advanced real time data and reports is amazing. ### 3. They have a great support staff that's available whenever needed. One major problem i faced with other survey softwares was of compatability across devices and browsers which surveylab made it a breeze for me, it works seemlessly acorss browsers and devices. **What do you dislike about SurveyLab?** There's really nothing I dislike about the software, we have saved many man-hours post migrating to survey-lab. Surveylab really helped me in reaching out to a wide audience and collect feedback. Post that, its analytics tool helped me in generating insights from the data as well. **What do you like best about SurveyLab?** Its has a really simple user interface and while its easy to sign up for it, the best feature is its analytics tool which helps you generate really cool insights. Thats something missing on other platforms such as google forms or Surveymonkey etc. **What do you dislike about SurveyLab?** Sometimes data collection became an issue as respondents were not used to this platform and they were used to famous survey tools such as google forms etc, hence respondents had to sometimes be trained for filling the survey. **What problems is SurveyLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** Main problem getting solved is generating meaningful insights from data collected because data is useless until we generate insights from it. Also most of the times, the person running the survey campaign is not so proficient in analytics tool to generate insights. This tool solves this major hurdle and gives a solution without any issue. ### 14.
