The best thing of Surveylab is it offers powerful data analysis and question branching capabilities. It also integrates well with email marketing system and provides a question library for me to choose from. My one complaint about SurveyLab is that it doesn't have a pay-as-you-go plan. I prefer to pay for tools as I use them, so I don't have to commit to a monthly or annual subscription.
