What do you like best about PreCallAI?

It is the most "human" and least "robotic" of any similar solution on the market. Customers, leads and prospects don't want to chat with robots, they want a warm, knowledgable, human like interaction. PreCallAI is the only way to provide this, and, with such ease of implementation users can hardly believe it's real.

Also, PreCalAI has already addressed all of the regulatory and legal issues that fall within its reach, meaning users only have to address those that are only within their own control. This makes ease of implementation much more worry free! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PreCallAI?

Like any AI contact routing system dealing with latency is an issue. While PreCallAI has to deal with this like all such systems, it is the best in addressing controllable latency and "conversational lag" sources.
