**What do you like best about PreCallAI?**

The conversation flow and vocal quality are strikingly human-like.  We can design experiences that are specific to each use case thanks to the platform's real-time statistics, CRM connection, and flexibility in customizing workflows and personalities.  Support has been prompt and proactive, and the pay-as-you-go price makes it simple to test and develop gradually.

**What do you dislike about PreCallAI?**

Although the user interface is tidy, the campaign development routine might use some UX improvements, especially when it comes to previewing call scripts.  For more detailed insights at scale, richer analytics filters might also be beneficial.  However, these pale in comparison to the total worth.

**Recommendations to others considering PreCallAI:**

PreCallAI is worth investigating if you want to expedite voice-based customer encounters, such as those in sales, support, or reminders.  Iterate after testing the bot's performance on a small number of use cases. This platform is a breath of fresh air for anyone working with  AI development. The decentralized approach means less bias in training data, which is crucial for building fair and inclusive AI models

**What do you like best about PreCallAI?**

It is the most "human" and least "robotic" of any similar solution on the market.  Customers, leads and prospects don't want to chat with robots, they want a warm, knowledgable, human like interaction.  PreCallAI is the only way to provide this, and, with such ease of implementation users can hardly believe it's real.

Also, PreCalAI has already addressed all of the regulatory and legal issues that fall within its reach, meaning users only have to address those that are only within their own control.  This makes ease of implementation much more worry free!

**What do you dislike about PreCallAI?**

Like any AI contact routing system dealing with latency is an issue.  While PreCallAI has to deal with this like all such systems, it is the best in addressing controllable latency and "conversational lag" sources.  Every solution has to address carrier latency and search lag, but PreCallAI does it best.

**Recommendations to others considering PreCallAI:**

Be clear about your level of expertise in implementing any AI system.  If you need a complete turnkey system that is entirely plug and play, say so.  If you want a system that you can "tinker" with as time goes by and your business or market needs flex, be sure you communicate that and get the necessary training and setup instructions so that you don't have issues downstream.  And, if you want a system that you can really dig into and optimize on the fly or as you adapt new business models and offerings, make sure you know you have the expertise on board to handle this.  In any of these cases PreCallAI can provide exactly what you need, but needs to know up front what type of user you plan to be.

**What problems is PreCallAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Call centers tend to result in employee fatigue and can't keep up with the rate of rejections, no answers, no return calls, etc. necessary for our business to reach enough qualified prospects.  PreCallAI handles all of those things (and more) and drives the "hot" opportunities to our sales team so that they can apply their personal special sauce to the sales cycle.  Results are amazing, like 3X ROI, and incredible increases in ARR due to only expending our human capital where it has the best application!
