Also, PreCalAI has already addressed all of the regulatory and legal issues that fall within its reach, meaning users only have to address those that are only within their own control. While PreCallAI has to deal with this like all such systems, it is the best in addressing controllable latency and "conversational lag" sources. If you need a complete turnkey system that is entirely plug and play, say so. And, if you want a system that you can really dig into and optimize on the fly or as you adapt new business models and offerings, make sure you know you have the expertise on board to handle this.
