Using out-of-the-box and configurable features is a bonus in building a tailor-made approach to meet my needs and reduce workloads. **What do you dislike about OmniStar?** Time needed to introduce and test new processes and forms. **What problems is OmniStar solving and how is that benefiting you?** A big plus is the ease of reporting, real-time data provision, and ability to manage multiple projects and grant applications. The support team is very responsive and solution orientated and commitment to iterative improvement in the product is evident. **What do you dislike about OmniStar?** Some aspects of the Omnistar product are not flexible or customisable and we have had to find work arounds for those. In addition our organisation has a split login for those internal and external to the organisation, this is the main stumbling block for most users. **What problems is OmniStar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Omnistar has improved our governance around pre- and post-award grants management.
