Research used to be frustrating and required a significant time commitment. With them it is seamless and enjoyable. Not only do they find grants that fit your projects, they give you all the information on the RFP and all the data on the funder including their average grant size, geographic location of grantees and list of grantees. Then their platform makes it easy to track the grant ensuring you are completing all the requirements by the deadline.The instrumentl team actually cares about what your needs are and continually to strive to improve their already exceptional product. They regularly check-in with me to ensure I am satisfied with everything and answer any question I have within minutes. **What do you dislike about Instrumentl?** My only dislike is that I can't easily manage multi-year grants since you have to assign each grant to one year and your master tracker only shows grants based on the year they are assigned in . However, the instrumentl team helped me work around this to find a solution to track these types of grants. And since then it has been a lot better. If you do have any multi-year grants, reach out to the team and they can help you figure out a way to track it. **Recommendations to others considering Instrumentl:** Get Instrumentl and drop all the other grant management software tools. **What problems is Instrumentl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Grants Research used to take an hour for each grant and now with Insutrumentl it takes minutes. I used to go find the funder's website, find the RPF, pull up the funder's 990 and analyze, record deadlines in an excel, and take notes on the grant to help me write a strong proposal. Now instrumentl does all that for me in their platform. They are awesome. I used to use multiple grant search database to find grants, now I only use Instrumentl because they rarely ever miss a grant. ### 19. I actually had a review session with them, to offer some notes I had (as it is a start-up, I believe) and they implemented many of them. Thanks for this feedback and we hope you like changes we've made! ## Instrumentl Discussions - [I recently started my own subscription after being a guest user on someone else's; I cannot figure out how to take her name off and have mine as the owner. I do not want to lose any of the project information I currently have in the account though!
