"An effective online payment and expanse tracking software"

What do you like best about Expend?

Expend is offering a very well organised system and interface to all its users, and with this it is also giving the best working tools with it, which are having AI functionality and automated features.

The app has the automated reminder feature in it for reminder the clients and customers for the due payment before the due dates only.

Also the best feature is the capturing of all the payments successful and reciepts, and it gives notification to users to take a screen shot of the reciept for data keeping and storing it.

This a a best software for tracking the enterprises, business or firms transactions, as the organisational payments are even in larger scale so this software helps in managing and tracking them properly.

At the end of the month, its tax calculation and report creating feature make it possible to make and keep every exense documented and saved.

It is being able to easily link to various e-commerce softwares and other B2B platforms for making quick payments and also allows to flexible connect and link with multiple accounts and cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Expend?

A couple of lags has been noticed when using the application, this is due to the larger data sets or information being processed or inserted simultaneously. "Best prepaid card service for big and small teams"

What do you like best about Expend?

The app is very quick and alerts transactions straight away to remind me to take pic of receipt. The fact that it is linked to my bookkeeping software means that is one less headache i need to worry about. I just spend on the card, get the alert on phone, tax a pic and categorise and save. The transaction is linked into to QB with ease. Likewise with employee expenses, once I approve on Expens site, it goes straight to my creditors ledger to remind me of amounts i need to pay. What do you dislike about Expend?

At the moment expenses are not automatically categorised - ie if I regular use my card for parking fees, I would love for machine learning to automatically categorise the spend based on my previous spending history. Expend are great at responding to chat through app and on website and I know they are working on this to improve with AI. Can't wait to see their next set of improvements in action. What problems is Expend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Expend is great for keeping track of expenses. Employees can submit expense claims with receipts through the app. Once I review on the admin site, it's accepted as a debt that the company needs to repay. Also I love the functionality to that receipts are captured there and then and not lost, It has saved me lots of time on bookkeeping as it's linked to my QB file. Great for employees expenses and team cards as I can assign a balance for the team to spend on based on requirements. It is also easy to lock the card if it is ever lost or misplaced. The team are awesome at helping deal in such situations to arrange a replacement card very quickly. Definitely one of my favourite apps and one I recommend to my clients for their purposes. "Great App, Efficient and Easy"

What do you like best about Expend?

This is a great software for a smaller sized company looking for an easy tracking and expense management tool. The app is very intuitive, friendly interface, and easy to use, not much training required. Editing/Amending expenses is simple. Auto-VAT / Tax calculation is nice, perfect for global teams / teams with international presence. And reporting looks great, good visual breakdown of costs per category. Perfect to keep a team aligned on budget. The best part about Expend is the Customer Service, easy to reach and fast turn around time.

Expend offers a trial as well, so perfect for HR and Finance departments to try the app before rolling it out to a larger group of end users. Implementation is simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Expend?

Not too many complaints. Occasionally the app runs into a couple of snags, i.e. receipt upload may crash on some android phones, but support always comes back quickly for remediation or fixes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Expend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bookkeeping. Budget Tracking, Expense Management, Leadership visibility and monitoring. Reducing the amount of toil, overhead and admin time spent on expenses. Real Time Expense Product. Tool without much downtime or bugs. Updates with Expend are quick. The software is constantly being developed adding new features and they are very receptive to suggestions and feedback. What do you like best about Expend?

As a small team with people travelling internationally, Expend has helped our company manage expenses and track spending to tack and analyse patterns for the first time. Nothing to dislike - it's easy to add admin users, and the new float feature ensures people on trips aren't facing declined payments over the weekend when our office is closed.

Expend has given our employees greater freedom of travel - large expense claims on personal cards are a thing of the past and the software makes it easy to track costs against projects in real-time.
