After signing up for the service, I've had many questions about how to implement my campaigns, manage my contacts, and maximize my outreach. At every turn, customer service has been there to clearly explain, provide resources, reviews of my account, an expert help to make the process easier. While you might expect that a company that specializes in LinkedIn automation has also automated its customer service, this is not the case. Instead, they have invested money in an expert team of technical and customer support representatives who patiently help you negate any questions you might have. I tried a lot of other services, I've canceled a lot of other services, I'm going to stick with Expandi as it has already paid for itself by helping me generating business, keep in touch with my contacts, and share my passion for my work. If you are trying to choose, don't make the same mistakes I did — save yourself some time and start here. You don't need a consultant that will charge you $10,000. So I liked most their promises, which sadly were not fulfilled. **What do you dislike about Expandi.io?** The homepage says it's "reliable" but it's not. The campaign just gets stuck and does not work, the support can't help and doesn't even know why the issue appeared. If you pay in full for the subscription and you stop it mid-billing period to avoid automatic payment and continuing the subscription to the next billing period, the tool just hides all your campaigns data and stops them. So essentially you don't get what you paid for, while the billing period you paid for is still in progress. The documentation seems fine at the first glance, but when you start to really use the tool and it's features, you will learn that a lot of details are not described, support does not know the details too, and the worst part- the support will not even try to understand your request and issue, but instead will throw the docs links to you which do not help and sometimes are not even relevant to your request. That's when you are a paid plan user and pay 99$ a month. Many important features do not work properly or do not work at all. Setting the use of variables is a nightmare even if you follow the docs, condition blocks can just make campaign leads stuck and not move further to any branch, in other words your campaign will not be working at all. **What problems is Expandi.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Does not solve any problems, only claims it will do. You can try using the tool for email outreach or LinkedIn messaging, but if you actually make a complex campaign that uses many features, chances are high it will not work at all and support will not help you. ### 42.
