I love using Exceed.ai for its ability to automatically qualify and engage leads through conversational AI, freeing up our sales team to focus on closing deals instead of chasing unready prospects. The seamless CRM integration means we don't waste time manually logging conversations or updating lead statuses anymore, as everything syncs automatically. The natural conversational flow is great because it doesn't come across as robotic like most chatbots, actually getting prospects to respond and boosting our engagement rates by around 40% compared to our old generic email blasts.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

Sometimes the AI gives up too fast on technical questions and just says 'let me get someone to help you' instead of actually trying to answer, which feels lazy to the prospect. They should let us upload our own FAQ or product docs so the AI can answer basic technical stuff instead of giving up and asking for human help every time someone asks a real question.

Reporting and Analytics could be more detailed and customized. The AI responses are sometimes rigid when the situation is complex and tough to handle. The reporting must be enhanced with more customized dashboards and deeper insights into conversation drop-offs and conversation stages. AI responses could improve by better handling complex content-specific questions with more flexible and natural language understanding. Initially, it was a bit complicated to set up.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

First of all, it should be noted that it has an excellent lead qualifier using reciprocal email, SMS and chat dialogues. Virtual assistance instinctively schedules a meeting when a high-potential user is ready to talk to a human. Making a summary of our experience, we can express with certainty that it is the system with excellent functions that acts to obtain satisfactory results. With Exceed.AI, we achieve spectacular customer service, and in this way, we can meet our objectives. They guided us through the implementation of this software and continued to track our routine to make sure our system was perfect.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

Our work team's primary and only problem was the perception of a virtual actor working with potential users; it took us some time to get used to it. However, its function is exceptional once adapted to the system and its perception. Our company has achieved positive customer flow, and we owe it all to Exceed as it gets smarter every day and our representative effort is reduced, which I think is lovely.

The team  at Exceed, is extremely hands-on, supportive and helpful. The actual tool saves our team as we outreach to new prospects and takes fairly cold leads through our funnel.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

I think the AI is still evolving so there are some limitations such as properly analyzing the content of responses to ensure the follow-up is relevant and consistent.

The Virtual assistant helps save time when trying to engage with leads that are very upper funnel. It can somewhat prequalify lead which helps.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

Exceed’s virtual assistant tool has been a game changer in our Sales Department.  The VI sends frequent emails, checks our sales reps' calendars to schedule calls based on their availability, as well as updates our CRM with their status. Exceed also provides us with weekly analytics that helps us understand and track the effectiveness of our outreach efforts.  Not to mention, Hadas and her team are so quick to respond when I have questions and are always available to hop on Zoom to clarify any concerns.  Exceed’s VI’s are literally like having 3 additional employees who effectively work around the clock to schedule appointments

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

At the moment we do not have any dislikes that come to mind.

Helping us stay consistent with our follow-up plan. Relieving the stress and pressure on our sales girls so they can focus on doing calls and meetings

Nothing really. With any software, there is room for improvement specific to the use case, but so far I love everything.

**What problems is Exceed.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us qualify leads. Follow up with old leads. Schedule appoint with qualified leads. 
We had to have complex workflows using multiple platforms to achieve this, and it was not as efficient and seamless as Exceed.ai

Exceed does a great job at taking leads and bringing them through the early stages of the sales funnel to ensure quality and suitability. It has improved our conversion rate significantly.

So far the only downside has been adjusting to the new workflow, which is inevitable with any service. Any small issue has been immediately resolved by customser service.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

This software has an automatic and intelligent technology, which manages to contact potential customers and lead them to a real and natural conversation, until they access a real sales agent to make the sale. It also allows the scheduling of meetings with potential clients and the selection of quality leads, ideal for our type of company. It allows the configuration and automation of intelligent responses, so that the assistant can provide solutions to the demands of potential customers via email or web page chats. Configuration of texts and intelligent responses for a fluid communication with potential customers from the web page and e-mail. It has an excellent segmentation of high quality potential customers, to close business successfully and quickly. It manages to intelligently transfer the ideal client to the real agent once the first conversations with the virtual agent have taken place.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

It takes a considerable amount of time to configure the entire system and integrate all the company's information and automatic responses into the virtual assistant. It was difficult to make the integrations of the different software we needed to program Exceed correctly, especially Zoho crm, it was laborious, but the technical service guided us. I would like the program to include more languages, this way we could reach more customers from different countries.

An ideal software for all types of companies that want to increase their sales, because the virtual assistant will always be aware of your customers and potential customers who enter at any time to your website. For us it is the best ai software we have used and we are more than satisfied with its use. Thanks to this software we can be sure that all potential customers will be attended at any time, by the virtual assistant, making our human agents, focus and be more concentrated on closing sales and concrete actions that increase our profits. Although a little difficult to configure at the beginning, today everything is going excellent and we managed to increase the work performance.

This software has been a great help because its virtual assistant allows us to serve customers and potential customers at any time, through various communication channels. Basically Exceed works 24 hours a day , seven days a week on your business. It's like having extra staff  who never leave the office 

We looked at other platforms but Exceed seemed to be a good fit for our business

There is nothing to dislike. It can be a bit daunting during set up to be honest , but the support is amazing with one to one guidance and help , which is ongoing.
It takes time to get things perfect and the more you work with the system the more you get to understand just how smart it really is .

Take a good look at this system and don't be worried if you think the set-up looks too daunting, There is excellent support from the company,  and it isn't long before you are wishing you had this system long ago

We have so many people wanting more information and help , and it was impossible to get to everyone in quick time 
Exceed makes contact with our patients in double quick time , and crucially it keeps going when a mere human would have probably given up 
Scheduling of appointments is seamless and easy when you have set things up
exceed can even answer questions through email and chat which is awesome

Automatic updates going to our CRM is one of the best features available our team does not have to waste any time moving notes which has been a great help and it takes the productivity of the entire team up.

The resources available in terms of product education and enablement can be more and will solve a lot of small issues for us.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

Once you get a good grasp of the platform, Exceed is easy to set up and use. It pulls leads from Salesforce based on the logic you build into your reporting, so you have complete control over who is contacted and when. We work with Hadas, and she is extremely responsive and helps with any issues or guidance that we need. The value we see by leveraging Exceed has been growing month over month.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

I've found to use Exceed effectively, you have to have a strong understanding of how it works. It's best to start small, get a good understanding, and build off of that foundation.

**What problems is Exceed.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our reps have very large pipelines. Many of their leads need to be chased after, and we would be inefficient without the automation that Exceed provides. Exceed does an excellent job at reaching out to our leads, especially when our reps are not online but our leads are - evenings, weekends, etc.

Sometimes I forget to follow up with potential customers and exceed will do the work for me and put me right back in the loop. It has saved me many times, and oftentimes, the customer doesn't know it is an automated system, which is awesome!

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

This is probably a bigger fault on my end, but I notice that if I know a customer is bidding on a project or taking their time making a financial decision and I forget to update the priority in exceed, they often feel like we are being pushy and are turned off by us pestering them. Again, probably my fault.

Please take the time to become familiar with it, it makes a world of a difference!

I would say the biggest benefit of Exceed.ai is that once I remember to set a priorty for a customer, I can really forget about them and focus on my day-to-day tasks which is a huge timesaver!

Exceed.AI to the evolution of our company has an original assistance to the service of the consumer. Taking into consideration that it covers all the needs of our company, it supports us in each execution and permanently monitors our use to guarantee that the configuration is optimal. It is important to highlight that they save us time and money, in addition, that they allow us to plan more meetings than we normally do.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

This app is very good, but it has little things that should be improved, the app has some default restrictions, moreover, in contrast, it causes bugs that lead to idle time. On the other hand, uploading the CSV files to the software is time consuming. This software is able to cover many areas, and therefore at first it tends to be a bit confusing and annoying.

**Recommendations to others considering Exceed.ai:**

This application has an extensive interface that has helped us to improve and get only potential clients. I recommend Exceed.ai because it works as an exploration tool that allows customers to have human-like conversations with a virtual sales assistant via email or chat on websites. Plus, it employs machine learning technology to track and replicate successful interactions. Another feature that I love is that the virtual assistant can understand the responses of potential customers and identify sales opportunities.

Re-engaging contacts that haven't received much attention is one of the issues we've solved. Also, managing the new flow of leads and following up with people who don't show up is a challenge and Exceed.AI has been instrumental. for the execution of said processes. Exceed has allowed our reps to focus on meeting prospects instead of chasing them.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

As a marketer it provided us with a whole new way to generate high quality MQL. Instead of just using lead scoring, we are now able to have conversation at scale with our leads, ask them questions, identify real intent and get reps involved when the lead is ready to talk to a real human.

And they also support Chat which combined with conversational email  is a killer!

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

The concept of Conversational Email Marketing is new.  There is not that much best practices out there so it requires you to think through many things. The good new is that the team at Exceed hand held us along the process and guided us to do the right things. 
The process was easy and it tool just 2 short meetings to go live.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

I use Exceed.ai normally to connect it with our database and platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot (among others). Intuitive UX/UI, I can schedule meetings through my calendar (Microsoft Outlook or just my Calendly account). It is highly scalable, facilitating fluid conversations in real time. A/B tests are of great benefit and allow us to improve so that we can obtain better results in the future.

As a frequent user of Exceed.ai I can assure you that it is a unique and very flexible software.

It is a good software, somewhat expensive but extremely effective.

The team at exceed is always willing to jump in and help. The personal service I have received from onboarding through two using the product has exceeded my expectations.

As expected with any new and up-and-coming software solution, you can sometimes experience small gaps and bugs that need to be addressed. The team is always quick to respond and works with your suggestions.

Exceed helps us run outbound email campaigns that assist with qualifying leads without additional interaction form the sales team.  Having meetings that get booked automatically while you are asleep is always a great feeling!

Exceed's ability to handle outreach to hundreds of contacts at once. The AI virtual assistant can be set up to engage in conversation with multiple prospects, all with the click of a button. The platform integrated well with our existing CRM and allowed us to re-engage contacts that weren't recieving enough attention. Their customer success team is also extremely helpful and willing to put in the extra time in order to make sure the platform works for your organization.

There's a lot the tool can do, so at first, things can be a bit overwhelming. Making sure the platform is properly integrated with your existing systems is key to success.

The onboarding is incredible and their process to get you started is pretty easy! The templated emails that go along with each use case are great but easy to update and change to your Brand voice. The "set it and forget it" is where it is at with this-- within about 3 weeks we had 30+ meetings booked. That is incredible-- and our open and reply rates were awesome too. I love the dashboard within the main screen to see how you are tracking as well as the ROI on it.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

I don't really have anything that I dislike about Exceed. I would say the only dislike would be more question/answer options and the ease to add/teach the not them. Maybe more sequences for CSMs to use vs sequences for prospects.

If you are looking for a conversational marketing tool, chat bot, etc--- This is what you need! Their CSM lead is one of the best to work with!

We have a book of business that needs to be communicated with and Exceed is helping that. It is either going to show us we need to hire another head or it will show that the Bot can just do its thing. We have saved about 30 hours of reps/account managers time and that is so amazing.

I will say trying to search for users on exceed is a little difficult, unless you have their exact email address. Also, sometimes I mistakenly click on the sequence name when I want to view the email thread with a user, instead of clicking on their user name. I feel like this happens consistently, when it could be a little easier to click on the individual comm.

Exceed takes the time and energy by replacing sales communications with low-touch wins. We are having so many people upgrade onto our platform just because one of the bots carries on a conversation with them and eventually, we have some no-touch sales wins!

It saves time from monotonous tasks and allows us to focus on selling, doing meetings, calling our clients, etc. I love have meetings pre-booked for me, and focusing on pitching to my clients versus cold calling and keeping up with follow-ups for clients who have not yet responded.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

I don't particularly appreciate that an AI bot contacts, my clients, because it contacts them too quickly and sometimes does not allow me to get in touch with my clients first. The AI bot also reaches clients I have already been in touch with, creating confusion on who their contact should be. Further, it loses the human touch in sales by automating everything, I think we should remain in contact with these clients, and perhaps leave Exceed solely for scheduling meetings.

Use Exceed only for scheduling meetings, and ensure you have your setting with your CRM system up to date under "qualification" so the bot can pick up with clients to follow-up with accurately.

I love the fact that it's easy to set up and use. My tech abilities as a marketer are nothing to brag about, but using Exceed.ai proved to be a pleasant experience. The intuitive interface helped a lot. I mainly used the chatbot feature, and the support I received from the customer support team was excellent. They went above and beyond to understand our business and give us valuable recommendations to optimize our sequences. The monthly analytics report is something I highly appreciate.

They didn't have a test environment for the chat sequences but this changed with the newest update, so there's nothing I dislike.

Exceed.ai is the easiest tool to set up and to use. I am a Marketing Director with a limited tech background and have struggled to implement other tools. But Exeed.ai  was a breeze to implement - I did 90% of it myself. Further, it's working incredibly well for us. I believe that much of that is due to the sales and customer support team over there. They understood our business and have continually made recommendations to further optimize the sequences. The support over there is phenomenal. They are very responsive and will arrange meetings, answer emails and response to chats quickly.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

Nothing to dislike about it - I just wish I had a better understanding of its capabilities in the beginning (but that's on me).

I found Exceed.ai through luck, it was at a time my business development team were struggling to generate deals and we just didn't have visibility. Exceed.ai fundamentally changed the way we worked in less than 24 hours. Today Exceed.ai plays a vital role to convert inbound prospects into conversations, book mentoring sessions with our team of experts, and best of all keeps everything moving without any doubt.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

We went live with Exceed in a few days for both the Website chatbot and the email follow-ups.  I love the fact that you put Exceed on Autopilot and it identifies when a lead is ready for sales. But before it hands it over, it will qualify it to make sure there is a good fit.

We love the contact me later, out of  the office follows up and the fact it can identify when a lead leaves the company or changes a job and updates our CRM. Love the A/B testing, which allows us to improve results over time. Persona based to allow us to segment our leads and communicate accordingly. Additionally, the meeting scheduler that books meetings for our reps directly on their calendar.

We had Success Managers work with us all along the way to ensure success. We have always gotten our questions answered quickly, watched demos of use cases, and received tips and best practices from other teams. Most importantly...results!

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

The flexibility and customization options is sometimes more than we need but good to know it is there.
Hubspot CRM integration can be improved. The good news is that Exceed continues to improve.

We have lots of leads we accumulated in our CRM. We also have inbound leads from many different channels,  not all equal.

I've been using exceed for six months now and I'm very impressed with this solution. The reports and levels of detail available for marketing and business development prospects and campaigns are very useful business tools. The AI email responses are very clear and friendly and the response process doesn't leave out the need for the human touch. Exceed really does a great job of combining the strengths of AI Sales while keeping your salespeople in the loop. The platform is solid and the way the data is delivered provides actionable data for you to make adjustments on the fly for your marketing and business development campaigns.

I have no major dislikes. Would love to see the editing window expanded when building out sequences.

I'm able to execute and measure sales and marketing campaigns at a much larger scale with precision and the ability to make adjusted on the fly as I learn during the campaign process. As a Marketing Manager, I'm focused on increasing the effectiveness of our lead generation efforts and maximising conversions. Exceed has been simply invaluable for our B2B clients. The platform is easy to use and doesn't take much time to set up, thanks to a great number of templates for various use cases, including sequences for demo requests, waking up the dormant leads, and much more. 

In the first couple of months of using Exceed to automate communications and qualification process of prospects, we got significantly higher open and response rates, and managed to generate several quality demo calls and opportunities. 

What's more, each week we have a call with our Customer Success Manager, Hadas, who helps us focus on the best strategies and improve the performance even more. In short, I'm really thrilled about Exceed and what we can achieve together!

Exceed.ai provides a great tool for making sure that all leads get some follow up and love from your company without wasting their valuable resources on unqualified interactions.  The easy to build sequences shorten the time to value.  The ability to add qualification questions to vet fit and interest, answers to handle questions and objections, and the ability to integrate directly to CRM and calendars streamline the ability to scale that value.  The team at Exceed is dedicated to their customers' success and willing to go the extra mile - even when timezones are vastly different!

I also liked how I could power people into Exceed using CRM reports vs having to add people to CRM campaigns.  That was a big factor in helping us scale that function as we didn't have tool at the time to automatically add people to campaigns based upon our needs (no sales follow up in at least 7 days, etc.)

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

As the AI models evolved and retrained, there were some poor interactions.  In terms of a % of volume you would expect this to be inline with any other solution (data dependencies between systems, etc.), however b/c they were high profile (corporate leaders who are highly sophisticated marketing and sales technology users with connections to our ELT) those received more visibility than a normal poor interaction.

The ability to remove someone from a sequence if some other action occured (say a CRM update) was currently available to ensure that those people would be removed. We had to create a MOPs - based workaround for that which required Sales to take proactive action.  Easy fix, just a younger product.

**What problems is Exceed.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get tons of inbound lead and because of the nature of our business we don't want to prioritize Sales' time to follow them all; they can't/won't turn into business.  But that's a bad brand experience and occasionally there would be a diamond in the rough.   Exceed helped us ensure that EVERY lead got some follow up and that we could qualify and set up a sales meeting for those which we should, delivering Sales bluebird, qualified meetings. I would like each sequence to be seen on emails and to be able to forward the emails onto someone without including the original sender.  The only thing I had an issue with was my own company's data but that was no fault of Exceed.

The user interface for answering questions is easy to use once you get started. As well, the in-program analytics is a great tool for reporting.

Our team would have benefited from best practices onboarding + recommendations for sequences and cadence. Many of those important learnings were provided after we launched.

I've also had a lot of success in using it to reach out to past prospects who were on the fence and reactivating them.  The types of outreach you can do is pretty amazing.

Also, it has a lot of integrations.  I connect ActiveCampaign with it and utilize automation to have the AI virtual assistant reach out to customers and prospects based on their actions.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

There's not much I dislike as of now.  There's been a few annoying bugs here and there but they are fixed as soon as I reach out to support.  One issue that I ran into is that when you are setting up qualification questions if you mess up, you can undo it and need support.  That can get pretty annoying when you are building out new sequences.

**Recommendations to others considering Exceed.ai:**

Exceed is great if you already have a proven system for lead generation or lead nurturing.  You essentially clone what you already have and put some powerful AI behind it.  If you have a working system, this will make it better.  If not, and you think AI will save you, it won't.

**What problems is Exceed.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I send hundreds of emails per week and sending follow-ups and reply to all is too much.  Even with a team of SDRs they'll miss some potential prospects, forget to reach back out, and mis-schedule appointments.  Exceed automates that whole process.  It has its own built-in calendar scheduler that knows when somebody has scheduled.  If they haven't, it will keep reaching out to them.  It is a beast.

I can't think of anything offhand. Exceed has been great.

Due to COVID it was getting difficult campaigning to new prospects. I was trying to generate a multi sequence message drip campaign to different folks. With Exceed, I can easily load my contacts in and let Exceed do all the work for me and not have to schedule reminders!

It's very user-friendly and easy to learn. It's customizable and can be adapted to fit your specific needs. The support team is very thorough on helping you through any questions

There have been a couple of features that were automatically turned on that I wish had not been on. But once you find out about them, they can easily be turned off.

**What problems is Exceed.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are generating leads that are further down in the pipeline through Exceed, which is cutting down on time and keeps leads in organized buckets depending on where they are at in the sales cycle.

**What do you like best about Exceed.ai?**

I appreciate the ease of use that Exceed brings to my workday. The system is very user friendly and from past experience with ai's, this one takes the cake. I like that I can edit responses to members to make it more personable (if need be) but also like the auto filled messages as well.

**What do you dislike about Exceed.ai?**

The only feature I dislike is that while the emails do CC us, sometimes me and my co-worker will overlap and potentially respond to the same person because it is not "assigned" to one person
