It doesn't take long to learn even for those with limited tech experience. I love the price point for a lot of these features. You'll pay a lot more with some of the bigger companies that offer this type of software/product to get essentially the same thing. It's extremely easy to get started, which is great. you can be up and running with your event very fast. **What do you dislike about Events.com?** Compared to larger, more established platforms, some features feel a little underdeveloped.Reporting is one example. It's a bit clunky and you have to dig around to get what you need and as far as I can see there are limited to no CRM integrations. Those may be on the way soon though. As I mentioned, it depends on how many fine tuned features you're willing to pay for. With this product you get less frills but it is reliable. When you start getting into more tiny options it can start to cause more problems than it's worth. I think with this one simplicity is key. **What problems is Events.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is one of the most affordable event management products out there. They can get extremely spendy and this does a lot of the same things for a lot less. It's a place to keep everything organized, and not have to flip between products or revert to google sheets to keep track of things. You can even manage paid events here which is huge. It's great to have this an option. Attendee comms are straightforward and easy to manage, and like I said before, you can be up and running in a very short time with this one so it's great. ### 2. When we want to host an event for our office, it's easy to use and reach the people in our area who are interested. Feedback has proven that this works and we couldn't be happier. **What do you dislike about Events.com?** Well, right now since we are fairly new, I feel the system works fine for what we need. We've had positive feedback which proves we are on the right path. **What problems is Events.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's like having an extra office person handling the registration and tickets for us. This frees up my time to do other things and our current feedback has been positive. ### 3. Nor does it have a directory of events to search for similar programs **Recommendations to others considering Events.com:** Everyone I know uses Eventbrite...so its hard to make a case for Events.com since it is not as well-known **What problems is Events.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm looking for a platform that supports unlimited free and a few paid events that also cost-effective.
