**What do you like best about eShopSync?**

This app provided the integration we required between our online ordering platform and Salesforce/ERP packages. We did require some modification however this was easily done by the technical team at Webkul.

**What do you dislike about eShopSync?**

Nothing - all good - the issues we had during implementation got resolved promptly by the technical team. Recently we had sporadic issue as we introduced a bundle app in Shopify and due to this some online order lines were not syncing back to salesforce. eShopsync developers provided a fix for this

**What problems is eShopSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

auto sync of online orders to our ERP package. No human intervention required. Orders are auto generated and queued for our warehouse to ship. Online payments are also auto generated in our finance package.

**What do you like best about eShopSync?**

It makes work more easy that it automatically syncs all your data into Salesforce CRM. It saves my time that I can invest on my business to make more leads. They also allow me to ask for customization as per my business needs.

**What do you dislike about eShopSync?**

Till now I didn't get anything like that. Even It works well as it transfers data so we have to do some manual steps to process it. Historical data can be done manually that is a little time taking thing.

**What problems is eShopSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They sync all real-time records at Salesforce end. I don't required to always open up the both platforms. I can manage almost everything from Salesforce dashboard easily. It provides me insights that helped me to know the specific bussiness area I'm lacking.
