They are a great company and they truly care. From the account rep to the engineers to the help desk- they all are fantastic. **What problems is Entara solving and how is that benefiting you?** Entara solves all of my IT problems - literally. I never have to worry about questions or concerns, because they help with every step of the way. Their customer service is light years ahead of any vendor I've worked with- special shout out to Jessie Boyer. She goes above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns, and lets me focus on the other aspects of my job instead of worrying about IT. ### 2.
