I used Johanson Group to complete our SOC 2 audit, and the experience has been very positive. The team was professional and responsive, guiding us through the process in a clear and efficient way. I appreciate their responsiveness and clear guidance, which made the entire process feel manageable. They combined strong expertise with a practical, no-friction approach. The integration with our existing Vanta setup was seamless, using it as the source of truth for controls, evidence, and monitoring. Their communication was always clear, and they helped us maintain efficiency and stay on track throughout the audit. I especially valued how they balanced rigor and practicality, helping us meet the requirements in a sensible way for our stage and setup, which made everything so much smoother. Their invoicing system is extremely confusing, and people don't know whether we have paid or not and what we owe. We have to ask multiple people and get multiple answers. I used Johanson Group for our SOC 2 Type II audit, and they did an excellent job with a very structured process and were very methodical. I appreciated their meticulous management of timing, the process, the overall timeline, and how they kept us updated. The coordination from their account management to the actual auditors and then the final follow-up on the operational and finance side was very well coordinated and seamless. It's very easy to work with them, and they create a lot of predictability in achieving our desired business outcomes. Working with such a professional organization is something I value highly. These are professionals in their field, understand your challenges and don't burden you with any unnecessary overhead. The auditors we worked with were focused, friendly, and professional. We've spoken to many companies in this area before deciding for Johanson Group, and most of them were either not very responsive, way too expensive for the service provided, or didn't provide an impression as professional as Johanson Group. The communication has been great, and we have a very good portal to manage our data on, which altogether works out best for us. We appreciate everything they offer as part of our audit process. This created value for us by establishing trust with business partners and facilitating audits in a way that didn't interrupt our business continuity. I would like to see what else they offer.
