1) long reply times, which is very unprofessional, because i reply fast

2) sending me documents with spelling errors, typos, placeholders in the documents - and then asking me to review them

3) getting me to do their work for them: in one example, i gave them feedback on a document, they then asked me if i could apply that feedback into the document itself as comments - that is outrageous, they are effectively asking me to do their work for them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their invoicing system is extremely confusing, and people don't know whether we have paid or not and what we owe. We have to ask multiple people and get multiple answers.
