We have many complex deals, and now instead of spreadsheets, everything is done automatically. Plus, the support we get from the Enable team is truly outstanding. They meet with us every week to ensure success, and they never let us down. **What do you dislike about Enable?** It does take a fair amount of time and effort to get all of the deals setup. We have over 100 vendors who offer incentive programs, and everything had to be entered into Enable with great care. But the Enable team guided us through the whole process in detail. **What problems is Enable solving and how is that benefiting you?** No more confusion between us and our vendors regarding rebate calculations. Calculations are updated automatically, leading to dramatic reductions in errors. Our vendors appreciate the simplicity and are impressed with our decision to use this technology. ### 2. The Enable software will help us track our rebates more efficiently and reduce the workload involved in this task. The Enable Team have been fantastic to deal with, particularly the Technical guys who respond to our queries on the Helpdesk. We did not see the agreement. No benefit for our organization. It adds work for our employees. The advantage is for Rexel and not for us. ### 6. This is something that was lacking on our previous system. At the moment I seem to be scheduling a small report for overnight process.
