I dislike most is there unsubscribe button not working some time if recipient unsubscribe from the list still some time they recieve a email then manually I have to add them in block list.

The service is very bad. We reported a significant error in their reporting system. 9 months later, they haven't fixed it because it isn't a "priority." We pay thousands of dollars for this system and we can't use their reporting reliably. The fact that they didn't do anything to make the situation right makes it so much worse; they clearly don't prioritize keeping clients happy and maintaining good relationships. Its a very user friendly to use, the navigations to this software are very simple and self explanatory. There is a very short learning curve and a very clean UI to use. Hey have a great customer support as whenever you get stuck the support team is very active to resolve the issue.
