Our main account contact, Nihad, has been amazing! He is extremely communicative, proactive, and always one step ahead in finding solutions before we even have to ask. He consistently takes initiative to keep us updated on campaign statuses and ensures everything stays on track. We also really appreciate how Embold sources high-quality influencers that we haven’t worked with before, which takes a significant amount of work off our plate. There isn’t anything we strongly dislike about Embold, but there are a few areas where workflows could be smoother. Some campaign logistics still require tracking outside the platform, which can add extra steps when managing multiple campaigns. Additionally, a bit more flexibility around editing or updating submitted feedback would be helpful.
