"The best AI I've worked so far! A great helper for recruiters!"

What do you like best about Eightfold AI?

Candidate profiles visualization is optimized! Moving candidates along the recruiting funnel and keeping it updated is super easy! Sharing candidates with HMs is a good tool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?

I would like to see a feedback section that is right on the first page on the candidate's profile. Also I believe that rating the profiles and teaching the AI on how to rate then for that specific position would be amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eightfold AI?

This tool is very good for interview scheduling, screening the candidate, and time-saving. Easy to use and very effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?

Only one thing: room finder is not there and there is no link to join from the meeting room for interviewers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eightfold AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us schedule interviews for candidates and panels in different time zones. We don't need to create two templates as they are auto-generated, saving us a huge amount of time. We can also easily find the candidate from the email ID and then tag them into the requisition and schedule the interview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eightfold AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Eightfold Smart Interview Scheduling, we are able to align interviews in a timely manner, schedule interviews, and schedule reminders to both interviewers and candidates. Interviewers have access to candidate profiles on the Eightfold platform, allowing interviews to see AI-driven insights such as AI-surfaced likely skills relative to the job. "The right direction for AI in Recruiting"

What do you like best about Eightfold AI?

Eightfold AI utilizes a vast library of related terms to help identify candidates that will likely qualify for the skill sets that I am seeking. The benefit of this system is that it searches resumes for information beyond a typical boolean string. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?

The very same feature mentioned previously is the best iteration of AI in sourcing resumes, but still provides candidate profiles that are not related (often completely different skills that might use the same tech stack) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With the help of Eightfold, you can narrow down your search for the ideal candidate based on a wide range of factors, including career progression, likelihood of a response, and a number of organization-specific metrics. This leads to a sourcing campaign that finds competent people as well as individuals who are more likely to be invested in your organization. Eightfold is an efficient talent sourcing tool that helps recruiters locate the best candidates that meet or exceed the qualifications. It's nice that they partner with LinkedIn and offer a seamless partnership with importing qualified candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?

What I dislike with Eightfold is they have a high turnover rate and the support/relationships that you've built connections with, is constantly being reestablished with new folks. We've also experienced delays in resolving recurring issues, but the response time is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eightfold AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Eightfold is solving problems for hiring, engagement, retention and diversity. This benefits me because it allows me to support end users and ensure the talent recruiters are bringing in are qualified, skilled and come from many different backgrounds. Eightfold support team is always available to assist users with issues they are having with the platform and they make every effort to join a call to talk through ongoing issues for resolution or provide resolution through email.
