It’s fairly easy to use and set up. User, role, and access management works well for me, and the CRM and interview management capabilities have been solid.

Gives Auto match suggestions which might or might not be the role that the candidate is looking for. Sometimes shows lower fit but candidates get selected as well. Something to look into. Would be great if Eightfold AI can actually tell why its a great match, good match and no match.

What I like most about Eightfold AI is the visibility it provides into the hiring process. The dashboards make it much easier to see what is happening across different stages of hiring rather than relying on separate reports or spreadsheets. I particularly find the diversity dashboard useful. Being able to look at hiring data by gender, ethnicity, location, department, position, and recruiter gives us a much clearer picture of our hiring trends. The visual breakdowns and comparisons also make the information easier to understand when reviewing hiring performance with the team. I also like having recruiting information and candidate activity in one place. The dashboards and analytics make it easier to understand where candidates are in the hiring process and where we may need to improve. Overall, it helps reduce some of the repetitive work involved in sourcing and screening while giving the team better visibility into the talent pipeline.
