Eightfold works with major employment systems of record, applicant tracking systems, human resources information systems, and more. The average time to deployment is X weeks. 

Once it’s implemented, Eightfold uses your internal data, along with global data, to surface the best talent insights and results for your needs, including best-fit candidates (internal or external), and the rising skills in your industry that you need to hire for most.
