# What are the best review management platforms for protecting brand reputation?

Hey G2 folks, in 2026 a brand's reputation gets decided in review feeds before a buyer ever reaches the website, which is why I am pinning down the best review management platforms for protecting brand reputation, and which features do the actual protecting. Four candidates from the review management category, with G2's current numbers:

Reputation (4.5, 2,465+ reviews) (formerly Reputation.com): the namesake case, built around a composite Reputation Score, location-level monitoring, and response workflows meant to catch damage while it is small.

Birdeye (4.7, 4,205+): pairs broad review monitoring with automated requests, on the logic that a steady stream of fresh reviews is itself the best protection against one bad one.

Experience.com (4.8, 395+): the highest rating in this comparison, with reputation managed down to individual employee and agent profiles, its specialty in professional services like mortgage and real estate.

Sprinklr Social (4.1, 1,215+): a social suite rather than a dedicated review tool, for teams treating reputation as bigger than reviews, since protection spans social and review channels in one system.

The hype/substance line comes down to pre-publish routing. Whether a platform intercepts a bad experience through private feedback before it goes public, versus just alerting after the rating has already dropped. Birdeye and Reputation both claim it; the difference lies in how aggressively they gate the ask.
