We are not having to chase down employees for paperwork and they have found it very easy to use. **What do you dislike about Efficient Hire?** There isn't anything we have disliked about the onboarding process **What problems is Efficient Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have solved issues with waiting on employees/managers to send us onboarding paperwork for new hires. This has made things easier for our HR department as well as for managers on property because it takes one more thing off their plate. The responsibility is now fully in the new employee's hands. ### 4. I sometimes wish it pointed to what needs done when I miss something but it is usually easy to figure out **What problems is Efficient Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?** Use way less paper and ink. Only print what I must but I have it all there digitally if need be ### 5.
