"Ecwid | Integrated with Adobe Business Catalyst and Adobe Muse"

What do you like best?

Ecwid provides for easy to navigate and operate e-commerce. I was able to very easily import my product catalogue, adjust settings for areas such as shipping, discounts and product descriptions. Additionally, I was able to integrate Ecwid into my Adobe Muse website and Adobe Business Catalyst website hosting, as well as easily using Square as a payment platform. What do you dislike?

There's very little I dislike. Especially with higher-paid plans, Ecwid support is able to work around any challenges that you may have, and can built custom solutions for your website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's well worth the additional cost to sign up for the Unlimited Plan, which allows you to integrate with Square POS, as well as full live-support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

"Easy solution for simple webstore needs"

What do you like best?

Easy to set up, easy to add products, descriptions, images, related documents. Basically anything you could think of, bar a few important things (see the dislikes). Helpful customer service. Relatively inexpensive even at higher levels, and very reasonably priced compared to for example Shopify (although Shopify of course offers way more functionalities). What do you dislike?

US-centric, which can cause issues with setting up shipping (specifically calculating shipping costs automatically). I had to spend a day inputting values from a spreadsheet to automate shipping cost calculations for our webstore.

Took a while for Ecwid to implement a solution for EU-based customers to validate their VAT IDs and to be able to purchase with 0% VAT. This caused some issues for us, but luckily now Ecwid has come up with a solution.

Missing basic things like abandoned cart recovery, but there are some solutions in the app store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

A great option for a simple webstore with a limited number of products (might work for a large amount as well, but haven't tested, so can't say for sure). Good if you have limited coding skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
