Absolurly crap. Their cusomter service horrible. **What do you dislike about Ecwid?** Took my money and never provided service. When I asked for refund, they said, I signed a contract so they cannot refund even though they did not provide any support to get me on board or replies from the sales agent who crooked me to sign up immediately. **What problems is Ecwid solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nothing solved, they made it worst and horrible. I went with Shopify and really happy till today. ### 2. Technically good platform, affordable price. If you want to spend time then use Ecwid. **What do you dislike about Ecwid?** Market presence, strange support team, no sales. However, the platform running as i should. **What problems is Ecwid solving and how is that benefiting you?** At my opinion, no benefits at all, maybe use another platform or make your own eCommerce site. ## Ecwid Discussions -
