**What do you like best about Eclipse CMS4?**

Eclipse CMS4 is best Sofware Application for Communication and Call tracking it have following cool features:
- Integration with Microsoft Teams
- Awesome Reporting and Analytics
- Easy to use, manage performance, cost control 
- We can manage Cross Charge Billing, Fraud Detection, QoS and Capcity etc..
-Window, SaaS and On Premise Support

**What do you dislike about Eclipse CMS4?**

Eclipse CMS4 is the best Software Application and I don't see any negative point in it. But it will be great if it have free version and trial versions so user can try it before purchase.

Eclipse CMS4 is helping us manage in Call Monitoring, reporting and providing best analytics.

The staff is great and whenever I send a message to support I always get a response quickly

The interface times out often. Some reports are more difficult to pull.

**What problems is Eclipse CMS4 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it as our main crm. It mostly just holds all customer information in one place
