EASE enables me and my colleagues to create questionnaires and audit different programs fast and deploy new revisions easily. There are a few glitches. At times, the app doesn’t sync the information properly, and entire audits end up needing to be re-audited. Aside from that, I haven’t noticed any particular downsides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The "ease" of scheduling in EASE is great to use, it allows you to truly customize your needs in your business. The only issue that I have found in EASE is that sometimes getting the reports to show what we need can be somewhat time consuming. Deleting missed audits one by one. No batch option. If an used forgets to put in the time off and a week later he missed 5 audits, you can't select all five and delete them, you have to go one by one. and maybe some of the features, as the platform evolved, had become a bit complicated. The platform offers robust tools for document management, and I really appreciate how seamlessly the main processes work together. It supports efficient document handling overall, and the document module in particular performs very well. On top of that, the platform is straightforward to understand and easy to use. I like the idea of having a comprehensive quality management system, it has a set of easy-to-use tools and templates. EASE is very customizable and allows us to track any activity we want. We use it daily for LPA's, Safety and dock audits. I love the app for ease of use. If I have my phone I can take a picture and add it to the system for quick follow up. They provided as much training as we needed and have been responsive to any questions. It is user friendly even for those who are not tech savvy, Emails remind users of tasks assigned. I would have liked more information explaining different features like the tags, fields etc. I think this is also my fault for not asking for more info. I didn't know I needed it until I got into the system more. I am still learning. A user guide would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
