For some people we had this problem, because in Brazil our employees does not have iPhones in general. **What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?** I saw this weak a new software/ test for 5S audits. In my opinion, this sense to solve specific problems that are difficult to input on EASE help on client satisfaction and support us to achieve another levels inside company ### 4. It is a useful system. It helps with my safety audits at work. **What do you dislike about EASE?** Would like to use it in different ways, such as daily pre-shift inspections, and somehow share that info to other shift operators so they know issues. The only downfall here is that associates must have a work email to use it. Mobile app does not work with my Iphone. **Recommendations to others considering EASE:** Start small with a few questions, and work your way up to more if reasonable. Too many questions and it will be too burdening to use for associates. EASE automatically notifies and documents audit stats that management usually wants to see on a monthly basis. The management of mitigations is wonderful. No one has to tell colleagues of mitigation assignments, EASE automatically informs them of the issue. The question database feature is a great way to enter tons of questions and then flow them to different audit sheets. The reports are also handy to see how things are going with your audit program and the processes that you are auditing. **What do you dislike about EASE?** The cost is the one issue, but this would be an issue with any off-the-shelf software bundle. It may be prohibitive for smaller businesses and make them miss out on a very useful tool. **Recommendations to others considering EASE:** Identify the time and money using are currently using to manage audits and compare to the cost of EASE to see if it will work. The system is a win if the cost is right. **What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?** The report functions of EASE make it a lot easier to see what is happening with different processes versus what is a system or culture issue. You can see if specific findings are happening everywhere or in a certain area. You will see how easy it is to use and how much time you and your team will save." I think it's considered necessary in order to use untrained auditors, but I also consider that goal to be unwise. **Recommendations to others considering EASE:** I really think it's a bad idea. It's a checklist audit and that's not effective. But if you're looking at this you've decided to go that way (or you must due to customer requirements) so I'll just say EASE is fine. The LPA audits are conducted every other week, whereas I finish the other audit, as mentioned earlier, every day. ### 24. Sometimes you have to start over in order to gain access to complete your audits **What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Work instructions seems to be the most litigated item in the list. Updating the instructions with methods that have been added or deleted from the process is the best benefit. This allows the training of new employees or cross training of existing employees to be much more effective. I can present to uper management directly from the website without having to preprare a separate PowerPoint file I like thay I can access form any computer regardless of the company network, so I can access form my home without the need of a VPN **What do you dislike about EASE?** The filtering options in "all audits" I would like this filter to work exactly as Excel filters work. During an audit while filling out the non conformance description the options do not alphabetize automatically, so it is sometimes difficult to find a preset, maye a find option would be nice as well for new users that may not be aware of all options available. When presenting audit results directly form the page, some pictures will take a lot of time to load. A resize option or feature (similar to whatsapp) would be nice. No one needs a 12MP picture as evidence. **Recommendations to others considering EASE:** If your are running a paper system ask for a trial. The license cost will be returned in how much time the LPA coordinator will have to do additional activities like continuous improvment projetcs based on the data available. Let the LAP work for you not the othe way around. **What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Slowly but surely the culture of auditing is begining to permeate the organization.
