What problems is E-Commerce CRM Software solving and how is that benefiting you?
I handle performance marketing, mainly ads and ROAS tracking. Earlier, the biggest problem was stock pressure. We used to push ads on products that the operations team later said were low, because naturally we wanted to divert more sales to them. Turns out, that was a wrong move and we were feeding the budget to the wrong ends.
Ease Commerce was mainly brought in for the operations, but it helped our marketing team with inter-team communication, especially when uploading and walking through the content and product library for marketplaces. We could communicate right there and then. The best thing is having everything together, all the images(front, back, sides bottom), product descriptions, A++ content for Amazon, videos(which load in HQ). This is such a boon, trust me
I can also check what products and SKUs are available in the inventory before pushing campaigns down the funnel and which ones to slow down. Now data is actually visible at a third cost, we are not opening multiple marketing tools for this purpose. Sometimes the data takes time to understand but the support team has genuinely helped us take care of it
There's so much actually. For ad planning, the reports still feel operations-heavy. I sometimes have to export data and clean it myself before sharing with the team but yes the numbers are more reliable than before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
